A true Airbnb experience - that doesn’t typically exist anymore. Great outdoor space as well which is very quiet and makes you forget you’re in a city. Beautiful location for visiting Philadelphia and a very walkable to Rittenhouse square and the river. The comm from JJ was easy and the checkin process was a breeze.

I spend much of my year in hotels, so when I’m looking for an Air BnB I really value a place that feels comfortable, welcoming and is a space I am comfortable to just hang out - Lynn’s beautiful house in Narberth is all of the above. We were looking for a place to stay for our daughter’s graduation from nearby Bryn Mawr college. Lynn’s place is charming - spacious, great artwork, plants and we’re pet people so loved meeting her cats, birds and fish. It’s hard to find good AirBnB rentals in this general area and this one is a jewel - the neighborhood is great - residential, lots of young families, safe, green and leafy and with downtown Narberth on the doorstep. Lynn was super responsive despite being in Vietnam during our stay, she had connected us with her neighbor who was not just a helpful resource but would check-in on us via text during our stay. Parking was very easy as Lynn has a couple of street spaces right outside and the street is quiet. 5/5 would stay again!

The accommodation perfectly matches the description: very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The house is ideally located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet easily accessible and close to public transport, making it easy to get around. Samuel is an outstanding host, very responsive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Thanks again for the excellent stay!

House was very spacious. It had everything we needed. I was nicely impressed by the stocked supplies in kitchen if needed . The house made us feel comfortable and we were able to stay under one roof and it not cost us an arm and leg! Thank you for supplying the xtra fan when we needed xtra air! J's place was spacious, bright and airy, 4 minute walk to the train that took us directly to City Hall-within a few minutes to Ritten House Sq. Fishtown has cute bars and restaurants in walking distance as well.

Booked Sienna's place to accommodate a relative visiting for a family event. She was very comfortable there and happy not to have to navigate the endless stairs in our home. We live nearby so obviously love the neighborhood and knew the home because my kids are very jealous of all of their swings :-)

Beautiful place! Very close to Main Street in Manyunk and was a way ride to Center City and Football stadium. Place was clean, perfect for our crew and we had no issues! Highly recommended!

Jacob’s place was very beautiful the pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was my partners bday weekend & he took the time out to decorate before we arrived! Jacob was VERY responsive during our stay & made sure we were comfortable! 1000/10 & I’d definitely book with him again. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of staying at Najia’s place for nearly a week, and it was truly a delightful experience. This beautiful Airbnb exudes the charm of a Mediterranean home, with its stunning décor and thoughtful touches. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Philadelphia and its suburbs. One very minor note is that the windows, adorned with gorgeous glass decorations, but it’s hardly an issue if you’re comfortable keeping the lights on. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay, and I would happily return!

Marcia is nice, friendly, and responsive. The place is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The place is close to transit stations (a regional rail station, a few bus stops, and a trolley station). There're several stores and restaurants close to the the rail station. The neighborhood is peaceful. In all, during my stay, I felt at home, and would like to stay again if I have a chance!

We have stayed with Jo-Ann several times, since we have a recurring event in this area and she has been extremely friendly without being overbearing and very flexible and accommodating each time. We will be happy to stay with her in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay there while being here in Philadelphia for the first time in my life. What a great city! Jo's location is very convenient to access downtown. Jo's home has radiated heating, which is wonderful for those sensitive to central heated air drying the nose and throat. Her home is quaint, warm, and inviting and situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If I ever return to this great city, I will be sure to book Jo's BnB!

What a great find! JoAnn is a brilliant host and makes everything so easy. Her home is perfectly located in a residential area just a few blocks from the village and university. This is a real BnB, where she makes a beautiful breakfast for you, rare these days. I found the bed to be perfect. The room was just what I needed, with my own air control and work space, I had everything I need. This place is a gem. Book it.

Molly and Dan are fantastic people. They welcomed us into their home and made us feel like a party of the household. The house is full of warmth and charm found in antiquity. They’re black cat was super friendly. Would 100% recommend a stay at the James Matthew’s house. Beautiful garden, private covered porch, and so many snacks!!

Absolutely wonderful on all fronts! 10 out of 10 would recommend to others and will happily stay here again!

I had a lovely stay in Jo-Ann's clean and comfortable home. I was in Swarthmore for a reunion event, and appreciated that I was only a short walk from both the Swarthmore "Ville", which now has a nice selection of restaurants and a farmer's market on weekends, as well as the Swarthmore College campus and the SEPTA station. My room was immaculate and the beds very comfortable. Jo-Ann offer's a lovely breakfast spread and excellent coffee. She was very helpful and responsive to my questions, and the keypad entry made it easy to come and go. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again!
