Monthly Rentals in Bair Island

We had such a great time, the place is perfect for two. Fully equipped kitchen, everything was there. Very quiet neighborhood. San Francisco, Palo Alto and SFO are all easy to reach. Groceries are also close by. Would definitely book again! Thanks for everything!

Exactly as advertised - cozy, quiet, private space in the Belmont hills. Comfortable bed and lots of hot water in the shower! I was a solo traveler and felt safe.

This is in a great location. I really appreciated all of the amenities inside, especially in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable & the shower has great water pressure! The photos match. The host were friendly and super responsive! I needed to extend and they accommodated and responded quickly. This is a private ADA style place attached to a home with other people in it. The walls are not sound proof, if noise is heard, it’s during the day. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is very nice, everything matches the description on the website. The living room / kitchen was actually bigger than I expected. Pristine, upgraded bathroom and very private small backyard with lawn and trees (my favorite). My only concern was parking on the street which wasn't always available if I come late (Kenny clearly states that in the description). Kenny is a wonderful host, very responsive and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this place.
