Everything in it is top notch, from the body wash and shampoo, to the appliances and furniture, as in. Utensils, plates, pots, pans, towels, sheets, all great quality. 2. The house is surprisingly spacious. We were a group of 12 adults and we spent most of our time together on the ground floor and just retired to our rooms when it was time to sleep. Never did the house feel crowded. Just note that the flights of stairs would be challenging for senior companions to navigate. 3. The location is very safe and secure. 4. This property is much more impressive in person than in the photos. The photographs don't fully capture its beauty. 5. Joana and Arvin are superb hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we inquired about the property until after we checked out. In short, this property exceeded all expectations!

We absolutely loved our stay! This place felt more like a hidden gem than just a place to sleep. From the moment we arrived, we could tell that every detail—from the cozy interiors to the thoughtful little touches—was designed with care. The space was immaculately clean, stylish yet homey, and it had everything we needed (and more!). What really stood out was the ambiance—it was the perfect blend of comfort and charm, like stepping into a Pinterest board that actually feels like home. Waking up to natural light streaming in and winding down in such a peaceful space made our trip extra memorable. Our host was also incredibly responsive and welcoming, striking the perfect balance between giving us space and being available when needed. You can really feel the love they put into hosting. If you’re looking for a place in Baguio that goes beyond the usual Airbnb experience—this is it. Would book again in a heartbeat!

We definitely felt at home in Marian’s unit. The caretakers were very responsive. The unit was very clean and family-friendly. The location was amazing, very near the attraction spots. Will definitely go back here with our family every time we’re in Baguio.

The place was amazing—super clean and modern! We booked it for 6 people, but it could definitely fit more comfortably. It’s a bit out of the city, but that wasn’t a problem since we had our own car. One of the best things about it is how peaceful it is at night—away from all the noise and buzz of city nightlife. The hosts were really friendly and accommodating—just genuinely good people. Can’t ask for more. Would 100% recommend and would totally book again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this Airbnb! The place is peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. The interior was cozy and clean, and we especially enjoyed the natural surroundings—it’s a great spot to disconnect and recharge. One suggestion would be to consider adding a cover or awning to the front terrace. It’s a lovely space to sit and enjoy the view, but during the rainy season, it’s not very usable. A bit of shelter would really enhance the experience and make the terrace more versatile year-round. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Just a small improvement could make a great place even better!

I rarely give feedbacks, but our stay here was totally worth it. Sobrang accomodating ng host. Ang ganda rin ng place, sobrang naging comfortable kami, sobrang sulit siya for the price. Perfect place para sa mga barkada/family na magbabakasyon here sa Baguio!!! Will definitely come back here sa guesthouse pagbalik din namin ng Baguio! ❤️

The hosts gave us as much privacy as any guest would want, however, are also helpful when we have inquiries. Sayang lang talaga, last day na namin nalaman na nag ooffer si Kuya Christian ng ride. Most of the days we were there are rainy days, should have been very helpful to get us where we want. Pero we were able to take advantage of that sa last day papuntang terminal. No hassle! I love that we can cook our own food to our liking kase the kitchen and amenities are complete as to basic utensils you would need. May 5-minute walk to a mini grocery store and public mini bus papuntang burnham. If you are not a local, sadyang bakbakan lang talaga sa feeling ang steep streets. Pero day 2, you will get over it! 🤍 It felt like home na kahit masarap gumala talaga outside, you’ll also have a feeling of equal excitement makauwi sa unit because it’s so cozy and warm good for any weather. Would love to come back with fam! 🤍

Kim's place is okay. 👍 Extremely quiet even far from the city itself while I'm relaxed and unwind with the cool weather that was far from high heat index in Manila and low lying land this Hot Summer. 🥶 And easy access to his place from my needs of buying goods in their grocery store and laundry shop dahil galing ako ng Bolinao nun to quickly wash my clothes on a rush. And nearest to my itinerary to Atok and Strawberry Farm when I'm ride on my bike. 🚵 And also using his garage along with his car to park my bike. In general, i'm enjoying staying kahit solo ko lang ang apartment nya with Peace of Mind at nakakapagluto pa ako ng sariling pagkain with the use of their utensils. Will staying and booking it again pero ndi ko pa alam kung kelan ulit ako aakyat ulet ng Baguio at Benguet. Thanks a lot! 😉

The place is very clean. I highly recommend this place, the host is so responsive and kind to answer your questions. The kitchen tools are complete, and you can read some books or do some board games there. One of the best apartment I have stayed in Airbnb. If you’re looking for convenient and peaceful location, this place is for you.

We had an amazing stay at Jeid’s Place! The house was spotless, well-organized, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. What truly sets this place apart is the stunning overlooking view. It was absolutely breathtaking! Whether it was early morning coffee or relaxing in the evening, the view made every moment more special and peaceful. And also ate emma was so kind to us. My family had great and comfortable stay! Makes us almost wanted to extend our stay just for another night, if not for work 😅. Hannah provided enough towel, tissue and garbage bag for our 5 days stay. A little thing but makes the stay convenient. They have almost everything you need in the unit and were all functional. Very easy check in too, we arrive early and were kindly accommodated to the lobby by the building staff. People are nice in the premise, from the guard to the concierge. Hannah, the host, was very accommodating. Very responsive to question and was very much kind to let us check in a little bit early. Building premise per se is very beautiful even upon entrance from the guard house. My father says they have fully functional gym as well. Roof top is pretty chill. Would probably recommend and would book again!

This place is perfect! It’s easily accessible for everyone and very senior-friendly, which made a big difference for our family. Everything you need is already in the house, making the stay super convenient and comfortable. Wesley is so kind and accommodating — he really goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. Always keep coming back here because it really is the best place to be in Baguio. Near Burnham Park / Session Road and central location to everything. Nearby restos are a plus too plus the church!

the location was very convenient and near main attractions in the city center. thanks to this airbnb, we're able to save a lot because we're just walking most of the time. it's a plus points that the victoria bakery is just in front of cedar peak. i would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

I stayed at VJ’s cozy Airbnb from May 16 to 18 with my parents, and we all had a wonderful time. The ambiance of the place was warm and relaxing, true to its cozy charm. Even my parents, who are usually particular about accommodations, really appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the unit. VJ was very responsive and accommodating, especially when we requested an early check-in. Everything was prepared and well thought out. The space had complete kitchen amenities, comfortable beds, and cute post-it notes with clear instructions that added a thoughtful and homey touch. We were able to cook and rest comfortably throughout our stay. It’s also in a great location, just a short walk from Session Road. The neighborhood was slightly noisy at times (possibly due to other guests nearby), but it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, this was such a bang-for-buck stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Baguio, especially families looking for a practical yet cozy home base.
