Very accessible, and it’s truly located in Baguio City Proper—close to SM, Maharlika Building, Baguio City Public Market, Night Market, and more. It’s also near grocery stores and restaurants. As for the place itself, we really felt at home. The unit is very clean, and you can do light cooking. It also has a working heater and a bidet, which are definitely essential when you're in Baguio. I had a great time at this home. Gian is very fast at responding with any of my queries which was a massive help. The home was extremely clean and welcoming as soon as you step through the door. This is ideal for someone who wants to be 10-15 minutes drive away from Baguio centre without having to deal with the traffic. I didn’t have a car but there were plenty of taxis and jeepney waiting at the subdivision gate every time I wanted to go into Baguio centre. Overall a great experience!

Fred's Artpartment was perfect for our large group trip to Baguio! The space was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for 10 of us. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a lifesaver. We loved having the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with large television. The location is very accessible to the tourist attractions in the city. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

We definitely felt at home in Marian’s unit. The caretakers were very responsive. The unit was very clean and family-friendly. The location was amazing, very near the attraction spots. Will definitely go back here with our family every time we’re in Baguio.

The place was amazing—super clean and modern! We booked it for 6 people, but it could definitely fit more comfortably. It’s a bit out of the city, but that wasn’t a problem since we had our own car. One of the best things about it is how peaceful it is at night—away from all the noise and buzz of city nightlife. The hosts were really friendly and accommodating—just genuinely good people. Can’t ask for more. Would 100% recommend and would totally book again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this Airbnb! The place is peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. The interior was cozy and clean, and we especially enjoyed the natural surroundings—it’s a great spot to disconnect and recharge. One suggestion would be to consider adding a cover or awning to the front terrace. It’s a lovely space to sit and enjoy the view, but during the rainy season, it’s not very usable. A bit of shelter would really enhance the experience and make the terrace more versatile year-round. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Just a small improvement could make a great place even better!

I rarely give feedbacks, but our stay here was totally worth it. Sobrang accomodating ng host. Ang ganda rin ng place, sobrang naging comfortable kami, sobrang sulit siya for the price. Perfect place para sa mga barkada/family na magbabakasyon here sa Baguio!!! Will definitely come back here sa guesthouse pagbalik din namin ng Baguio! ❤️

Shu is very responsive at any time. He assisted us in recharging our car's battery. His property is well-organized and kept clean. When our cat pees on the blanket, he is very kind. Our staycation was truly enjoyable. And we will be back in his property again.

This is one of the best airbnbs that I tried so far, the unit is very clean, complete in all amenities from the kitchenware, utensils, appliances, bathroom essentials, and room slippers. Enjoyed the place. Always our go to. Not too far from the city proper, walking distance of everything kung pasyal ang hanap mo. The unit is big enough and really nice. If anything, additional utensils for a family like us who mainly cooks food during our stay (and sorry if may mga naiwan kaunti hindi super nalinis, was caught up sa public market in the morning, and ran out of time to clean the unit before checking out) Also bidet? Para easier haha. But all in all, it was a very pleasant stay and will surely come back next time.

Our overall stay was amazing! The place was great and clean. The neighborhood was also quiet and feels very safe. The area was also not included in the number coding scheme of cars so it is the best place to stay if you are going to other non-coding tourist spots such as The Mansion, Wright Park, and Camp John Hay. Miss Vina was also very helpful in giving us information regarding the coding scheme. They were also very hospitable in providing us basic cooking needs such as cooking oil because we forgot to bring one. We will definitely book again here on our next visit!

My family had great and comfortable stay! Makes us almost wanted to extend our stay just for another night, if not for work 😅. Hannah provided enough towel, tissue and garbage bag for our 5 days stay. A little thing but makes the stay convenient. They have almost everything you need in the unit and were all functional. Very easy check in too, we arrive early and were kindly accommodated to the lobby by the building staff. People are nice in the premise, from the guard to the concierge. Hannah, the host, was very accommodating. Very responsive to question and was very much kind to let us check in a little bit early. Building premise per se is very beautiful even upon entrance from the guard house. My father says they have fully functional gym as well. Roof top is pretty chill. Would probably recommend and would book again!

This place is perfect! It’s easily accessible for everyone and very senior-friendly, which made a big difference for our family. Everything you need is already in the house, making the stay super convenient and comfortable. Wesley is so kind and accommodating — he really goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. The best so far as I always go to Baguio every year. We loved the place so much that we opted to stay in longer rather than stroll outside. It was clean, spacious, and homey. The kitchen was completely functional. We got to rest and sleep well too which is uncommon as it was a struggle in other places we’ve previously stayed in. Being aesthetically pleasing was the icing on the cake for this unit. 100% IG-worthy. A dedicated workspace would have been a bonus for a digital nomad like me. Regardless, we’ll definitely rebook this place next time. The only struggle we’ve had was the steep uphill climb and flights of stairs (no elevators) since we have a senior citizen and two toddlers. But location wise, Iggy’s place is strategically near Burnham so it’s so convenient. It’s near Kisad but still offered a bit of seclusion and peace. Staying at the Cool and Green apartment is undoubtedly a catch. Thanks Iggy!

We had a great time staying in VJ's place. It feels like we are at home. It's a pro for all travellers specially travelling with family because its safe and foods to eat is just nearby the location. VJ has lots of recommendations for the places to visit and that was a huge help for us first timers in Baguio City. We booked VJ's place for the last minute before we leave from Manila to Baguio, and it was a life saver for the whole family. I had an amazing stay! Nardie was super easy to talk to and assisted me every step of the way—before, during, and even after my stay. The place itself was beyond my expectations—beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. It’s also perfect for families since it’s peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the garden in the veranda, which added to the relaxing ambiance. Highly recommended!

Always keep coming back here because it really is the best place to be in Baguio. Near Burnham Park / Session Road and central location to everything. Nearby restos are a plus too plus the church!
