Holiday rentals with a patio in Baguio

Had a pleasant stay in this cozy room in Baguio City. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay in Baguio!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The instructions provided in the House Manual were clear and easy to follow, making it simple to use the amenities like the range hood, microwave, and hot-and-cold shower. The location was convenient, and the building had a peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated the host's strict observance of cleanliness and quiet hours, which ensured a pleasant experience for all guests. The Smart TV and reliable Wi-Fi were great additions for unwinding after a day of exploring. The swimming pool was an excellent amenity, though the additional fee and towel policy are worth noting for future visitors. Parking wasn't included, but the host communicated this upfront. Overall, the unit was a great choice for a short getaway, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Good value for money. Clean, cozy place to rest and recharge after the trip up to Baguio, which was just what I needed for my overnight stay. Comfy bed. Friendly and accommodating host. Tip for the shower in case you can't get hot water -- it seems the water pressure when I went there was too low to trigger the hot water for the shower, so I had to turn off the shower, turn on the faucet by the sink/lavatory, then turn off the faucet when hot water got through, then go back to take a really quick shower before the water runs cold and you have to do everything all over again. A bit of a hassle but most likely not within the host's control. Although it might help to check with the building's property manager or engineer if something could be done about it. Otherwise, it was a good place to unwind and have a good night's sleep upon my arrival in Baguio, so I could meet my friends refreshed and recharged the next day.

We had an amazing stay at Jeid’s Place! The house was spotless, well-organized, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. What truly sets this place apart is the stunning overlooking view. It was absolutely breathtaking! Whether it was early morning coffee or relaxing in the evening, the view made every moment more special and peaceful. And also ate emma was so kind to us. Thank you for letting us stay! ☺️

Actually, it was my nephew and his wife who stayed at the unit, and overall, they had a great experience. The unit is located inside Megatower Residences IV, conveniently near several tourist spots, many of which are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around, and even a convenience store right on the ground floor. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and coordinated with the guards at the lobby. The unit itself was clean and could accommodate up to four people. It had all the essentials: a hot shower, Wi-Fi, a large TV, an electric fan, and cooking basics. Communication with the host, Rica, was easy. She was accommodating and responsive to all our questions and concerns. The only minor issue was with the door handle, which needed some attention. As a suggestion, it would also be helpful if an extra trash bag could be provided, as the trash bin filled up after just one day.

It was a wonderful experience! The vibe was homey and comfortable. The office table was perfect for me and served us well during work and pleasure.

I had a great time at this home. Gian is very fast at responding with any of my queries which was a massive help. The home was extremely clean and welcoming as soon as you step through the door. This is ideal for someone who wants to be 10-15 minutes drive away from Baguio centre without having to deal with the traffic. I didn’t have a car but there were plenty of taxis and jeepney waiting at the subdivision gate every time I wanted to go into Baguio centre. Overall a great experience!

Crispin's place was great! The caretaker Rodel was fairly responsive, they were flexible with our Checkin/Out process. They were also pretty understanding with our initial booking issues at start and helped me through some technical issues while booking. It's best feature was the firepit since it was a great place to hang out for me and my friends. My cat babies also enjoyed since the living room and top bedroom ad scenic windows where they could explore and bird watch. It was also great that there weren't a lot of bits and bobs hung so it was pretty cat proof. Since the house is at the top of a hill, it can get pretty chilly and the fog comes down often. They have dehumidifiers so future guests should use them so things dry up. Kitchen is stocked with basic cookware so my husband and friends did some workaround with the pots and pans but they had sufficient diningware for a group of 6 people. My parents, brother & my parent’s friends truly had the best time. The place is huge and it’s big enough for them w/c is 11pax, all adults and the place senior & pwd friendly. They were able to maximize the kitchen since alot of them are cooks, they dined at the patio and sala were the perfect chill out spot which the seniors truly enjoyed. The place is pristine when they arrived. Miss Michelle is really accommodating and she answers to our every queries. The place is peaceful and away from the hustle & bustle so they appreciate the place very much. They were able to bond and rest comfortably since they all came from far places. We will surely refer it to our friends and family.

Overall great place! Very homey and the rooms are very clean and adequate :) The location is great too as it is near most Baguio activities. Would highly recommend booking this place! Only thing is the wifi doesnt reach the 3rd floor.

The house itself is beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. It felt like a true home away from home, with every amenity we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to Baguio’s main attractions. Waking up to the cool mountain breeze and sipping coffee with a view was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing great local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can really tell they care about their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend the Gray House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Baguio!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bluebird Condo. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the thoughtfully prepared brochure that included check-in/out guidelines, nearby tourist spots, things to do, and recommended places to eat. The place was spotless and had all the essential and I especially loved that they provided comforters. They even had picnic mats, which we brought to Camp John Hay, and a variety of board games that my son enjoyed. The space is clearly well thought out, even including utensils for kids. The host also went above and beyond by preparing a blanket for my baby, knowing I was traveling with an infant. The attention to detail reminded me of the listings we've rented in Japan—simply perfect. We’ll definitely book this place again and recommend it to our friends and loved ones.

We had a great experience staying at The Petal Pad! The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Baguio. Just a few steps outside and you’re already surrounded by restaurants, a drugstore, the Session Road, the cathedral, Burnham Park, and other popular spots. The convenience really made our trip so much easier. As for the unit itself, it’s a bit on the older side, with some signs of wear like minor paint scratches (not a big deal tho), a slightly discolored sofa, distinct smell and cabinets that felt a little fragile. Cleaner might also missed to thoroughly clean the kitchen cabinets. That said, given the affordable price, we weren’t really expecting much, and the excellent location definitely makes up for it. We also really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Alyssa. She was very responsive, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a pleasant stay! TOTALLY RECOMMENDABLE
