We love the place! It felt like a home away from home. The spacious living room was our favorite. The rooms are all very spacious as well. The kitchen is complete. We used Kai’s place as the prep location for our wedding. The photographers were able to capture a lot of great shots and there was a lot of space for our hair and makeup artists. I’m still giving this listing 5 stars even though there was no internet during the majority of our stay. It was out of the host’s control and he compensated by giving us free drinking water and free late check-out. Our family enjoyed the bonfire as well. Overall, I’m so glad that I found Kai’s place. It was way better than staying in a hotel. The place is close enough that you can just walk to session road in less than 15mins. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The price is very reasonable. Will definitely go back and we will recommend Kai’s place to our friends.

This place is perfect for group travels. It’s very homey. Feels really like a home away from home. And of course, Ate Caren was always helpful and accommodating of our requests. We appreciate everything you did for us! I just think you need to update your photos listed in here because they don’t give justice to the beauty your house holds. It’s really beautiful! Crispin's place was great! The caretaker Rodel was fairly responsive, they were flexible with our Checkin/Out process. They were also pretty understanding with our initial booking issues at start and helped me through some technical issues while booking. It's best feature was the firepit since it was a great place to hang out for me and my friends. My cat babies also enjoyed since the living room and top bedroom ad scenic windows where they could explore and bird watch. It was also great that there weren't a lot of bits and bobs hung so it was pretty cat proof. Since the house is at the top of a hill, it can get pretty chilly and the fog comes down often. They have dehumidifiers so future guests should use them so things dry up. Kitchen is stocked with basic cookware so my husband and friends did some workaround with the pots and pans but they had sufficient diningware for a group of 6 people. Thanks Rodel and Crispin for making our stay comfortable!

Sir Marlon is very accommodating and easy to talk to. The place is great, peaceful and well-maintained. The only downside is the road leading to the area; if your car is lowered, it might be a bit challenging, though still manageable. Overall, we had a great experience staying at his place!

Sir John's place was very, very clean and very relaxing. The place is easy to find, and kitchen utensils and everything you need are here. Thanks to Kuya Aman because he's replying immediately and greeted us on our arrival. Though we asked Sir John if we could check in early, there was no response at all. But we arrived late, and it's okay. Overall, we had a great stay, and we'd definitely go back to his place.

Kaykayo is beautiful place! I wish I would have booked it at least for 3 days instead of just one night to really enjoy the scenery. Big enough to accommodate a big family. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Had a great stay at Malou’s. The place was just like in the photos. Beautiful place and very near the beach. The beach felt like our own private one as there were only a couple of people around. Malou and her team are very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

This is my friends and I’s first out of town trip. Safe to say it was the best decision ever as everything you wanted to do to experience La Union is walking distance and not to mention the Homey vibes the place brought. It’s like home away from home! My friends and I would definitely stay there again. Kudos to John, His wife and staff for being to hands on. Thanks for a memorable trip.

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. PROS: the place is bigger in actual than in pictures, the house is centralized airconditioned and is cold. the kitchen is complete. utensils and plate is restaurant quality. walkable to beach, market(palengke). and tricycle station. house is in front of sari sari store. location is quiet(not main street). 1.5km away from main san juan. CONS: if i have one, then the house is very homey. we didn't go out as often as we like since we loved the house. its cold while its very hot outside. we always ended up going back to the house early.

The staff/keeper was very assistive and helpful. The host was very responsive and also helpful. They really extended their immediate assistance when we needed something. The beach was very accessible from the place. Property is situated in a peaceful environment. Place has a very good view of the beach sunset. Spacious parking area. Overall, our family's stay was perfect.

The property is really beautiful, aesthetically designed. Very private location with a small dip pool that our kids really enjoyed. Complete kitchenwares. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. A short walking distance to the beach. A Thai resto nearby, Sen Lek Thai La Union, should not be missed. JF is a very kind host, and so is the staff Jayson who took care of our needs.

The place was perfect for our big family—very spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. In fact, we didn’t even get to use all the rooms because each one already had multiple beds, which was more than enough for us. The admin was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us an early check-in and a late checkout, which made our stay even more convenient. We also accidentally misplaced the keys at first, but she was so understanding and didn’t even ask us to pay for them—thankfully, we found them in the end! The caretakers were also great—very responsive and quick to assist, even just over text. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back next time. 😊

We had an awesome stay at Nakpil House! The place was super clean and cozy it really felt like home, which made it easy for our big family to relax. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions, which we truly appreciated. Lucy was also very helpful during our stay and easy to talk to. We really loved the open space it was perfect for bonding and relaxing. The architecture gave the house a unique vibe and made it extra special. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dishwasher was super useful, especially for a large group like ours. The location was great too very close to SM and the city proper, so everything was convenient. Highly recommended for big families, and we’ll definitely rebook again!

Good place to stay

My stay at the unit was incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed, from utensils and cookware to appliances and toiletries. The unit was spotless, which is essential for me as a cleanliness-conscious person. The hosts were very responsive to all my queries and concerns. I will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends and family. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The house was very cozy and clean. I was actually worried because I read in other reviews that it could be noisy since it’s right by the road, but we didn’t experience any of that. Definitely an enjoyable stay! Also, for those concerned about their pet’s size, they were kind enough to allow our medium-sized dog. We’ll definitely consider this accommodation again when we go back to Baguio in the future. Thank you!

We had an excellent experience at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive. The space was cozy and well-stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! Great location, quiet, safe, and close to restaurants and shops. We'll definitely stay here again!

Bonus na it’s pet-friendly, so we were happy na kasama namin pet namin! Location is great—super walkable to Burnham Park and SM, so sobrang convenient. We stayed for 5D4N and we really enjoyed our time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy Baguio stay. If I had to mention a con, it’s that isa lang yung CR so medyo kailangan mag-adjust if you’re a bigger group. But overall, the place is beautiful and the view from the window ay yung pine trees—super calming and very Baguio aesthetic.
