Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

Wonderful appartment, with everything you need right at your fingertips. Private, peaceful, and cosy. The pools were a big advantage, and the view, just amazing. Alfredo has helped finding the right places to enjoy Moraira. Would have loved staying a bit longer. Thanks Alfredo, see you next time!

I booked the apartment for the second time and there will definitely be a third time. It is clean. Located within walking distance of the boulevard. And you look at the pool

I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

Nice apartment a short walk from the beach in quiet private surroundings and a large pool area and grounds.

Beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. Great balcony and amenities within the apartment made for a very nice stay for the month of May. You do need a car and, as the advert says there are quite a lot of steps to access the apartment. Nuria is an excellent host and is very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended, we will be back!

We stayed for a week (couple) in this beautiful apartment. This is very nice and cozy, as shown in the photos. Everything was super clean and equipped with everything you could need. Communication with Laura was excellent. We had bikes with us, which was very pleasant to explore the nearby area. Otherwise, you are also right on the beach on foot. If we travel to Denia again, we are very happy to rent Laura's apartment again.

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

I stayed at Carlos’ wonderful apartment for three weeks and loved it. I have mobility issues and the fact that there was a lift and it’s on the raised ground floor was perfect for me. The front and back terraces mean sunshine all day and the complex pool and amenities are fabulous. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I will definitely book again. Carlos was very helpful, communicative and kind. An amazing stay!

Superb well equipped apartment with great space, excellent quality of furnishings and perfect location. Halfway between the Arenal and the Port so everything was walkable with 15 mins. Opposite the Supermarket which was very convenient. The main road was little noisy but the apartment and location made up for it so much that I would happily go back

This is one of the places I’ll definitely come back to! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this lovely apartment, from the amazing sea view greeting you morning and evening, daily sunrise, calm and quiet neighbourhood that’s a pleasure to take a daily walk through. The place has everything you need and more, María clearly has put a lot of thought and work to craft such a cozy and welcoming place, on top of being an excellent host that made sure we felt home.

Fantastic stay at Fer's! She is a very responsive and attentive host, made sure everything was as easy as can be for us. Everything was perfect and we didn't feel we were missing anything.

The apartment was exactly as described. The back terrace has distant sea views, perfect for morning coffee watching the sunrise. The area is peaceful yet close enough to Denia's beaches and restaurants (7 mins drive). Excellent walking trails up the Montgo. Our host, Victor, was super responsive and helpful when we had some questions. Check in and check out was flexible too.

The treat was great and the area was unbeatable location. We were very well. The service was fantastic the whole Jonathan team was attentive at all times, both Alexandra and Carolina a 10, very decisive. There was a small issue in the bathroom and they immediately resolved it. We would definitely repeat.

We spent 14 days in Iris' apartment. Everything was wonderful from A to Z. Iris is an extremely warm and friendly woman. Upon arrival: We were allowed to check in a little earlier and Iris greeted us with flowers. That was very nice. In the kitchen, Iris provided us with water, which is also very thoughtful. The apartment is located in a well-kept garden with a pool. The area is very quiet, the neighbors are all very friendly. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Everything you need to live is there. Iris even provided us with a milk frother :-) We walked a lot from the apartment to the sea, it is about 15 minutes. All in all, I highly recommend the apartment! Thank you Iris!

Excellent stay. Excellent service. A great place and location

We stayed one month during wintertime but it felt like springtime. We will return next winter. The location is perfect, the house is cozy and warm, Jávea is our preferred city in the costa blanca. In Spanish there is one word for it all: estupendo. It was. Thank you Ramona and Ivo. Marc & Lut

Everything went really well. Very effective and fast communication. Easy access and good location. Perfect for whatever we needed!

We had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, it has everything you need, kitchenware, appliances, etc., it's also clean and the decoration is ideal. The complex's pool is very large, with 2 slides, both my daughter and we had a great time, the beach bar is large and has several tables. To go to the beach you have to walk about 5 meters but it is a pleasant walk. Sonia is very kind, we had good communication and she made everything very easy for us, she is a very good host, she had prepared a basket with breakfast products for us. We will definitely repeat.
