With air conditioning and heating throughout, the apartment is also furnished with all necessary electrical appliances, WIFI (600 MB), Smart TV, books and toys. 4 bedrooms sleeps 7, 2 bathrooms, lounge, and 2 small terraces on which to enjoy a drink . The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
