Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bad Kohlgrub

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

The house Ikarus and hostess Roswitha were wonderful. There were six of us and we had more than enough space ☺️ The house is very modern and the sauna and the hot tub are another highlight of the house. Very clean and stylish. The view from the terrace to the mountains is fantastic and invites you to linger. Our two cars (SUV) also had a parking space with enough space at the house. There is also a garage at the house, but the parking spaces outside were completely sufficient for us ☺️ We had a wonderful vacation, thank you!

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

We had a wonderful getaway in Allgäu. Petra and Hartmut are super nice people. The room and bath were very clean and cozy. We had a list of recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. Coffee maker and fridge were provided, as well as cutlery and crockery, so you could have nice breakfast every morning. We did this on the terrace with great views. What to keep in mind is that all supermarkets close at 8 pm. All purchases should be done beforehand. The restaurant is a 2-minute walk away. Gasthof Engelbräu Brewery is also highly recommended. We didn't miss anything and we would come back anytime!

We had a wonderful time at Theresa's in Pfronten! The accommodation was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – ideal for our stay with children. Theresa is a warm and helpful hostess who provided us with great tips about the area. The location is great: quiet, but still central, with a beautiful view of the mountains and many excursion options nearby. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation offers everything you need and with sauna, jacuzzi and pool table or barbecue also a nice change for everyday life. As a suggestion for improvement, only a privacy screen in the "spa area", as it is somewhat insightful due to the neighboring houses. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation because of its amenities and also because of its location. Communication with Manuela was flawless.

A jewel in Oberammergau! Clean throughout and very nice bedrooms. Loved the sauna and the clothes washer. So very close to the center of things in town it was convenient to come and go throughout the day. Coming home to the beautiful garden was very welcoming. We hope to come back again someday. With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. Really cozy, clean, quite. Amazing friendly hostess. It is worth mentioning the Konigscard card, which is included in the price of housing - the map provides many opportunities, free access to museums, renting bicycles, ski lifts, etc. Would love to stay again at this beautiful place. Cheers!

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalized welcome board.

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

Charming apartment in the heart of Oberammergau. The apartment is lovingly furnished and there is everything you need. We especially enjoyed the large balcony and would love to come back!

We stayed for 3 nights at Georg's apartment "Viktoria" and felt at home from the first time we entered. Not only the apartment, but also the house and the great garden (with various possibilities for sitting, lingering, sunbathing and watching sunset) were super well maintained, lovingly designed and kept modern. The location of the accommodation was perfect - insanely quiet location, but by car within an hour you were in the Alps! We will be happy to come back!

We felt completely comfortable right from the start. We watched the wildflowers bloom in the garden and enjoyed the view of the wonderful landscape. The surroundings not only invite you to linger, but are also an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides in the breathtakingly beautiful nature. And Martina is a great host. A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. A beautiful apartment in a very nice place where you can walk to the restaurants and the bakery. A nice supermarket is also nearby. Furthermore, it is centrally located, making it a great base for beautiful excursions. Simon and Michaela are very friendly, helpful and respond very quickly to our messages.

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink your first coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decoration. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work functions with the existing Wi-Fi most of the time. Munich is less than 30 minutes away by car.

We spent 3 nights in Simone and Sascha's apartment. The apartment is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The hosts are very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails in the area right after check-in. We would have liked to have stayed longer. In total, we enjoyed the short vacation very much and felt completely comfortable in the apartment.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The apartment was great, visually and the amenities were very good. The location to Lake Starnberg was also very suitable for us.
