Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bad Kohlgrub

We spent more than a week in the house with our family around Christmas. This has been a truly top experience. The house is really sparkling clean (never rented such a clean house) and has all the comforts. The sauna with baths and relaxation area is spacious and wonderful to relax after an strenuous day. Upon arrival it snowed and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the house and garden all week (due to the location you have unobstructed views of the mountains). The house is within walking distance of shops, but supermarket is more convenient to grab a car or bike. From the house you can take nice (winter)walks or ski tours. Convenient is also the extensive information folder about the region and all activities. Recommended is the tobogganing on the Kolbensattel. Oberammergau is a picturesque village and a better base from e.g. the busy Garmisch. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable! The apartment was the optimal size for the number of people and fully met our expectations. We won't forget the quiet location and beautiful view anytime soon.

We were allowed to spend a few great days in beautiful Allgäu. We felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. He is a pleasant host. Everything worked out! Due to the great and easy-to-use wood-burning stove in the living room, we often had a nice fire in the evening, which we greatly appreciate on winter days. The location has a super equipped kitchen, great barista coffee and is also dog-friendly. The bedding and mattresses were great. There is no unnecessary clutter in the house. We'd love to come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Nice place in a quiet location. Michael was always friendly and available for questions by cell phone. Unfortunately, the wellness area was closed to us. I guess it's because of the coronavirus.

A cozy and lovelly room in the mountains with a beuttiful view of the town below. Because of the location this spot is perfect if you want to explore this region of Austria/south of Germany, wihtin a hour of travel in each direction there is always something to see or to do. Especially if your goal is to go hiking. Everything is as described in the advertisement is, therefore our stay was as expected.

We had a nice stay at the house slate. Check-in was flexible and easy. The entire place was very clean and there was everything you need, incl. Cooking and grilling utensils, you almost feel like home. The spa area was spacious and as described. Despite other guests, we also had some moments to ourselves. On our first day, however, the sauna was switched off shortly after 9 pm (instead of 10 pm), too bad for us as we could only arrive in the early evening. The app was very helpful for hiking tips and also answered all questions about the services for us. I might have liked an extra towel for the sauna (no extra charge), I just recommend bringing a towel and bathrobe myself - otherwise they can also be rented at an additional cost. I find the check out at 10 am a little early, but I also understand that it takes its time to clean the place. We will be happy to come back!

We spent one night with six in Aster Häusl. After skiing, we first went to the wellness area, which we all enjoyed very much. The view from the infinity pool is truly impressive. Breakfast the next morning was excellent – freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious cheese, and fresh salmon were included. The staff were very accommodating throughout from the introduction to our cabin to checkout, and we felt completely comfortable. Definitely a recommendation!

We had, together with the family (which was accommodated in the large apartment next door), spent a nice Easter weekend at Agnes's place. Of course, the highlights were the goats, the donkeys and the dog as well as the trampoline outside for the younger guests. Check-in was uncomplicated, the surroundings great. The apartment itself looks as described. Personally, it would probably be a bit too tight for me for a longer stay, especially if you want to be active in the kitchen yourself. Since we are always over in the big apartment for this, that was no problem. Agnes + family are very warm hosts and we can recommend a stay.

We had a nice stay in the Purple appartement. The place was clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need. With views of the Mountain and the Olympic ski jump. Also located near the center, a supermarket and the Partnachklamm. Overall would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

Our stay with Carolin and Henning was just perfect. From the beginning, the communication was excellent – they were extremely friendly, helpful, and gave us great tips on excursions and restaurants. In addition, they were very attentive and anticipated what we might need during our stay. The house is very comfortable, fully equipped and located in a wonderfully quiet area – perfect for a relaxing holiday near Lake Walchensee. We can't imagine a better temporary home and hope to be back soon!

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink your first coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decoration. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work functions with the existing Wi-Fi most of the time. Munich is less than 30 minutes away by car.

Great location, exactly as pictured and described, Uschi was very welcoming. We had a great stay!

We had three wonderful days in Marcos particularly creative and nicely furnished apartment. The location is perfect for excursions to Lake Ammersee, Andechs or Munich. We also enjoyed eating very much! Thank you and best regards, Bernd and Daniela

We stayed with 12 people and had the very best time! The apartment is very spacious, the large balcony with barbecue is perfect for cozy evenings in the middle of a great mountain backdrop. The location is an ideal base for beautiful hikes. The hostess was extremely nice, friendly and straightforward. She also likes to give tips for the area – we felt very comfortable. We also booked breakfast with the host's mother: served very friendly, rich and delicious. We will be happy to come back!

Thank you for this family and four-legged friendly hostel. The apartment really had everything you need. Was clean and maintained. Vicky explained everything to us very much. The place was quiet and we had a great view. The kitchen invited you to cook, the living room to play. In 20-40 minutes you can reach some great sights, hiking routes, restaurants, etc. Our highlight was the wood stove, with which we could have cozy evenings. We just had great days and would always come back! 💕

We stayed a week in this very nice and comfortable apartment on Lake Walchen. There was everything you could need to spend a relaxing time. Everything was in modern and good condition. Special were a lot of little touches that made you feel welcome. The lakeside location is beautiful and you can both make hikes immediately from here and visit some beautiful places in a short distance. For shopping, it is best to drive to Kochel am See, but that can also be combined with a nice walk there. Many thanks to the host who has always maintained good contact.

Super friendly, helpful hostess. Nice little apartment, with everything you need. Great swimming pool in the basement which we used daily. We will be happy to come back.

Everything is great. Location and connection to the hotel great. The only drawback of the room is by no means darkened at night.
