Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bad Kohlgrub

We stayed a week in this very nice and comfortable apartment on Lake Walchen. There was everything you could need to spend a relaxing time. Everything was in modern and good condition. Special were a lot of little touches that made you feel welcome. The lakeside location is beautiful and you can both make hikes immediately from here and visit some beautiful places in a short distance. For shopping, it is best to drive to Kochel am See, but that can also be combined with a nice walk there. Many thanks to the host who has always maintained good contact.

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay. The host(s) were very friendly and responsive. The apartment was accurately described in the listing and worked very well for our group which included 4 children. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace. Location is also great with many restaurants and a grocery store walkable in less than 10 minutes. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Helena's place! It's on the small side, but still enough space to have a nice home base for a few days to explore the Fussen area! Was happy to be able to do a load of laundry (the dryer wasn't working, but that was okay) and cook a meal or two.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street in Ötztal-Bahnhof. The equipment is as described, ideal for 2 people for a stay of one week. The small personal garden area for relaxing is very nice. During our stay, the public bus to the Ötztal and, from the Whitsun weekend, the mountain railways were included. We appreciated this very much, so we could move around the whole week without a car. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Monika was very easy to reach, thank you for the nice stay.

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

We were 2 married couples and wanted to go hiking. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the area. Calimoto helped with that. A good restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We also liked to use the sauna in the garden. It's quiet at night. Next year we will come back and bring our bikes. In the evening, we could also play games at the large dining table. We were able to watch the last match of the Bundesliga on the large TV. Dunja gave tips on request and is very friendly. Regards, Johannes

We had a wonderful getaway in Allgäu. Petra and Hartmut are super nice people. The room and bath were very clean and cozy. We had a list of recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. Coffee maker and fridge were provided, as well as cutlery and crockery, so you could have nice breakfast every morning. We did this on the terrace with great views. What to keep in mind is that all supermarkets close at 8 pm. All purchases should be done beforehand. The restaurant is a 2-minute walk away. Gasthof Engelbräu Brewery is also highly recommended. We didn't miss anything and we would come back anytime!

Very spacious and super modern house - cozy and luxurious with the added flair of having a sauna. Would def. recommend this place to any bigger group travelling & would come again!

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails right from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace and quiet, self check in/check out is also great. Highly recommend.

We felt at home in the apartment. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. The kitchen is superbly equipped for every cooking experiment. The view will take your breath away and peaceful at the same time. The farm shop in the village is also worth a visit, as well as the milk filling station. Greta was super friendly and had great tips for us. We will be happy to come back.

We had 1 night for 4 people on the way to Switzerland. We were very impressed with the decor of the apartment. Very original, modern, with attention to every detail. Very clean, comfortable. Parking just in front of the entrance, which was convenient for us, because we were with bikes. We didn't visit the area because we only stayed overnight. For 4 people, it's quite sufficient. It was great!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Was very nicely received by Dagmar and Burkhard. They showed and explained everything to me and I immediately felt at home. Everything was very clean and very tidy. I slept wonderfully. Dagmar was always available and wrote back quickly. The apartment is in a great location, close to the train station, almost on the lake and in the village center. I look forward to my next stay. The best premium budget AirBnB: this is the best apartment near Munich and the surrounding area for a fair budget. Perfect choice for two people who have a car. (By car 35 min/by public transport 1h 15 min to Munich) It is really a fair deal, which is perfect for all young flexible people for longer but in my case also shorter trips. I thank you in advance for everything and it is clearly not my last time here 😉

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break

The apartment is ideal for one / two persons. It has everything you need. The staircase to the mezzanine is quite steep. A well-stocked supermarket is just behind the corner. The connection with public transport is ok - you can reach the city of Schwabmünchen in about 20 minutes or you can walk 30 minutes.

Alice can make you feel right at home. You will receive all the necessary information in advance, no trying around with the dishwasher or the like. The place was super quiet, you have a fabulous view of the mountains on the terrace. A small river runs right behind the garden fence. Would highly recommend!
