Holiday rentals with a sauna in Bad Aussee

Great big apartment with all the comforts. New and modern in very tasteful style. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, large terrace and a nice sauna that is shared (booked) with the other apartments. Very good location with about 500 meters to the Planai West cabin lift. All ski equipment could be in storage locker by the lift. Got a lot of tips from Werner before arrival and Werner is a very nice host with good service. The apartment fits well with the nice pictures. An amazing place to stay! We recommend this apartment and will be happy to come again.

This is a very modern and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with a view over a beautiful lake called Fuschlsee. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening. The apartment had a very high-end coffee maker and other high-end appliances. Our host provided us with a free pass for the Salzburg public transportation system, including a bus which runs to Salzburg city center from a stop very close to the apartment.

The place was clean, cozy, and above all in a beautiful place. Absolutely sufficient kitchen amenities. What was absolutely TOP such a comfortable mattress. The host who greeted us with a smile was very nice and was in contact with us even during the stay. 10/10 I recommend :)

It was a very nice room with many services included. The location is great for all those who want to hike or use via ferrata.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

The place was great and the host is very friendly! Apart from a few minor flaws (issue with the sauna, missing shower curtain), the place was 10/10. I can recommend.

We had a wonderfully relaxed and quiet weekend in the mountains. Gerhard welcomed us right at the door and gave us a short tour of the apartment – including a nice welcome drink. The place exactly matches the pictures: lovingly decorated, cozy and perfect for unwinding. In short, if you want to get away from it all and enjoy a break in beautiful surroundings, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ski bus in front of the door, you can also use the facilities of the hotel. Quiet atmosphere and the apartment has all the comforts. Excellent accommodation with great beds, not a moment regretted our booking!

We stayed at Timea’s apartment for two nights during our trip through Austria. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped — a great home base for exploring Hallstatt and the Salzkammergut region. Timea was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and check-in was smooth. The surrounding area quickly became one of our favorite parts of Austria — peaceful, scenic, and relaxing. The apartment is located in a large, mostly vacant building that feels a bit dated and quiet, which may not be for everyone, but didn’t impact our time in the unit. We did have a minor issue with the shared laundry room, which caused some clothing damage, but Timea responded kindly and took steps to address it. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would recommend this spot to travelers who plan to spend their days out exploring and want a clean, comfortable place to come back to.

The place was beautifully clean and just like the photos. We were completely satisfied. Self check in and out was good in terms of flexibility.

10/10 stay! Great location, and the apartment was better than the photos! We stayed here to visit Hallstatt, but the town that the apartment is in, is also beautiful. Short 20-30 minute drive to Hallstatt. Tomáš was responsive throughout our stay, and even welcomed us with a couple of beers.

It was the most beautiful place that we have stayed in a while. Manuel was a great host and was responsive. The view from the room was just amazing. Just loved sleeping to the view of misty mountains and waking up to them.

Fabulous apartment, very homely and very well equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of space. We loved the sauna for easing aching muscles at the end of the day! Easy walk to directly access the ski run and a short walk to restaurants/ amenities.

A comfortable, peaceful and spacious 1 bed flat with lounge-dining room and separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Awesome views of the mountains. Very convenient for Dachstein West ski area as the ski bus comes to the hotel building which the apartment is in. We loved being able to relax in the hotel saunas too. Gosau is pretty easy to get to by public transport. The journey from Salzburg airport was straightforward and daytrips to nearby beautiful Hallstatt and historic Bad Ischl were worthwhile. Would love to stay in this flat again!

Josef and his family are great hosts, helpful, and communication simply worked with them. The place is in a clean, quiet environment. We love to visit you again.

The vacation at the mountain hut was magical and beautiful. Great place for relaxing. The surroundings and nature are just incredible. Communication with the owner perfect. We will definitely come back next year. We are very satisfied.

Lovely, quiet chalet in a tranquil environment, set among beautiful countryside with views to match. Lots of different walks and hikes nearby and local villages within 15 mins drive, should you require them. They also provide breakfast and a home cooked meal service for the times you don't want to prepare anything. The chalet has a very nice sauna and huge ensuite bathrooms in the main bedrooms. Katharina and Andreas are the nicest, most helpful hosts you'll ever meet! I feel so relaxed after the stay. Would definitely stay again and I imagine this would be brilliant in the winter, too!

Michael’s place is great for big families or group of friends. Cosy, fun and has a very good style and vibe. It was really a good choice to stay in this house. We had a great time thanks to Michael & Karin.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage
