You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

The Wildrose - a retreat and starting point where nature can be felt up close. Bookable all year round.

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Welcome to our comfortably equipped yet traditional family house in Austrian style that accommodates all your holiday needs. Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Traditional, newly renovated Ausseer house which is only a few meters about 5-10 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Grundlsee. From the house you have a beautiful picturesque view of the lake and the massive mountains. On the sun terrace or in the sauna you can end the day comfortably. Sufficient space for up to 8 people. Directly from the house there are numerous hiking trails and mountain bike trails and the nearest ski area in winter is only a few kilometers away.

A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Though located in pure nature, this appartement is only 4km away from the center of Salzburg. Close to this place you can explore the beauty of the region "Salzkammergut" with its mountains and lakes. A special highlight of this appartement are the two terraces - at one you can enjoy the sunset with free view to Salzburg city and the other offers a panoramaview to mountain Nockstein/Gaisberg.

The property can only be reached by car. Lake Attersee is about 4.5 km away. Parking is available right in front of the house. Breakfast is available on request.
