Unsere gemütliche, individuell eingerichtete Unterkunft ist eine eigene Wohneinheit im Obergeschoss mit eigenem Bad - Dusche/WC einer Single Küche und kleinem stummen Kühlschrank ( 36 Liter ), die nur von unseren Gästen genutzt wird. Gegenüber der kleinen Küche steht in einer Nische die dritte Schlafmöglichkeit. Eine überdachte Sitzmöglickeit steht euch an der Ostseite gerne zur Verfügung. Der kleine, nicht haarende Biewer Yorkshire Pino, aus dem Nachbarhaus besucht uns gerne täglich mal.

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.
