Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

(Car is recommended🙈) The apartment is completely new and furnished just for you. You have access to the stream and a super cute balcony! The thermal baths in Bad Aibling are very close and super beautiful! Afterwards you can eat deliciously in the Nikos Ouzerie (Bad Aibling) or in the pizzeria around the corner! The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino, from the neighboring house likes to visit us every day.
