This unit is perfect. It has everything you could ever need. It's updated and extremely well kept. It's located within easy walking distance to free shuttles that take you anywhere in the valley. So, it's perfect any time of the year. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were there any time we needed anything, which we didn't need much. The Eagle River is in your back yard along with a view of Beaver Creek. Jason

Very attentive, thoughtful space. Very clean, organized, well supplied and welcoming (without any excess clutter). Felt right at home immediately and the space was larger than I expected. The comfortable mattresses were appreciated. Exceptional location with less than a 10 minute walk to Main Street. I would definitely consider staying again.

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

We had an exceptional stay at Kristy’s place. The condo was absolutely spotless and thoughtfully designed, with every detail covered—from clear instructions for the appliances to a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, spices, and all the essentials for cooking. There were even games and toys for the kids. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax, and the peaceful river behind the condo added to the serene atmosphere. We also loved having a dishwasher and washer/dryer with detergent provided, and all the conveniences that made our stay hassle-free. Kristy was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This condo truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

The view is what makes this place special! We had a very nice time, sitting on the balcony, watching the boats and taking walks along the shore of Lake Dillon. Great location, close to Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone.

Gorgeous house in an amazing location! House was the perfect size for our group of 10 - couch in the living room could fit everyone which was a plus! We arrived and the house was in pristine condition. Rooms were spacious and everyone felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Hot tub was also large compared to other mountain houses we’ve stayed in. Location-wise, we were only a short ~10-15 min drive to Peak 8 and 9 at Breck. We opted to either be dropped off by friends or Ubered. Bus stop was close to house though as another option for future renters. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again!

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. Would def book again!

This property was perfect for our group! We had 6 adults (3 couples), everyone had there own bathroom which made it perfect. The home is peaceful with the river behind it and private as its an end unit. The common space were perfect, hot tub outside and grill were key! Its a 5 minute drive to BC parking and no more than 10 minutes to any of the restuarants we went to. The owners were great, responsive and went the extra mile a few times during out stay and afterwards (even willing to mail me back something I left). All in all this was a first rate expierence and I would definitely go back! Thank you

We had a very comfortable 1 month stay while working remotely. The condo had everything we needed and the wi-fi was reliable and fast. The views from the condo are beautiful! There are hiking trails around the lake right across the street. Great location! Ski resorts. restaurants, and shopping are a short drive away. Mandy was a fantastic host.

We are so pleased that we found this condo. It was a quick trip up to see a concert and this place did not disappoint. Rose was in communication before time ensuring we had all the necessary information, from parking, to access, parking pass...etc Their place was super clean and very comfortable. Even though we didn't use the kitchen it was very well stocked with all the tools needed to cook and provides an Air fryer.. The view of Dillon Reservoir out the window was beautiful. We sat on deck that night and watched the full moon glimmer on the water. Please don't overlook this place when looking for a place to stay in Dillon. V*B Underwood

We can't say enough about how great Erin was. She was super nice and very responsive. She was by far the quickest and friendliest host we have had through Airbnb. We had a medical situation while we were there and she even offered to set us up with a doctor friend if necessary. Condo had everything we needed to cook three meals a day including basic spices, etc. to get you started. Plenty of space for 6 of us to eat together, play games, or hang out on the sofas. Kids took advantage of the hot tub each night. Very close to downtown, grocery store, and bus shuttle to Copper Mountain Resort. Check in and check out were very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back; maybe in the summer to enjoy a different kind of fun.

We had a wonderful stay! Half way between shops and skiing. Plenty of space and amenities for our family. Beautiful views. Lots of supplies for cooking meals in the kitchen. Would love to stay here again!

Sarah's place is beautiful and comfortable. It felt like being home. Sarah gave great directions regarding all aspects of the stay and was quick to respond when I had one tiny question.

This place is perfect for a couple's get-away! Great views of the snow-capped mountains 🏔️, located directly in the heart of so much to do, with local shops, restaurants close by. Highly recommend !

Perfect fit for our family. The fabulous bathrooms and kitchen amenities were amazing after the day's adventures on the mountain. We all slept like logs on spacious bedding. The home was relaxing and comfortable! We enjoyed nesting indoors as much as the spectacular outdoors. Everything is well stocked so you can pack light. The kids loved the easy to access private heated pool and hot tub located right outside the building. It's lightly chlorinated and just right. Our family were the only guests using it. We felt totally at home and enjoyed the private residence without hearing any noise from neighbors. Instructions for using the pool, garage, and local free public transportation made our stay easy. We didn't need to drive anywhere after arrival. Walking paths and the lake connect to the back yard. Restaurants, shops, and mountain sports are accessible on foot or the free Avon bus line stop a short walk from the front door.. Hosts were friendly and very helpful.

Our stay in Avon was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and very well kept. When you open the windows you can hear the little river the apartment faces. Very relaxing. Parking is directly in front of the building. It is free, you just need to register your car online. (Descriptions are very easy to follow) The location is great. You can walk to the shuttles that take you up to Beaver Creek and The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. Avon is a city with all stores needed. Great location to explore Vail Valley. Our host was great. Very friendly and fast in responding. Thank you!
