Kitchen is well equipped with general appliances plus coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, crock pot and utensils all provided. Indoor hot tub and pool table located on ground floor. You just walk in on the ground level, drawn towards the full glass and the lawn, the lake and the 12,000 ft. Ten Mile Range. The Dillon Amphitheatre (2 min. walk), marina, playground and bikepath are here. Just fully remodeled as of December 2023 it's absolutely stunning...turn around and check out the wonderfully designed and appointed unit...notice the open floor plan, did I mention the view? The booking guest must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD. NO PETS AND/OR SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
