Waterfront holiday rentals in Eagle County

This unit is perfect. It has everything you could ever need. It's updated and extremely well kept. It's located within easy walking distance to free shuttles that take you anywhere in the valley. So, it's perfect any time of the year. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were there any time we needed anything, which we didn't need much. The Eagle River is in your back yard along with a view of Beaver Creek. Jason

This is a nice, easily accessible penthouse condo in a basic condo building. Nothing super fancy, but it has everything you need, including an easy "secret" route to the main village area that comes out just across from the Ski School - super helpful when trying to get little ones off to ski in the morning. "Ski out" is to the Elkhorn lift which leads to the Bachelor Gulch section of the resort - my favorite area! "Ski in" was easy and came directly off the blue/green route back from Bachelor Gulch.

Exactly as described and the place was very clean. Also love the proximity to historic basalt. Great dining options and being right on the river way quite relaxing.

Nice and comfortable , had all the amenities it says in the description , it was easy to get to and is close to several things by car . Greg was always very friendly and his response time was quick . In fact we forgot a cell phone and warned us that he had stayed there and gave us the contact of the house keeper so that he could send it to us . The beautiful surroundings I would come back for sure .

Excellent location and great little place! Basalt is a really cute town and a lovely place to stay close to Aspen. This place had everything we needed!

Everything we needed for the week

Host was very responsive and helpful. Condo was clean, had plenty of dishes, and met expectations. The entrance is hard to find late at night in the snow, but trust the map. There are a couple flights of stairs to the bus stop, so factor that in to your time.

Amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the space, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area. It truly felt like a home away from home. Can’t wait to book again!

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The shuttle was a quick little walk down the street and only took 15 min to get to vail village bus lot. The house was very clean and spacious, and the river was so peaceful!

Evolve was proactive in reaching out prior to our stay and emailing over recommendations within the area. I was surprised that the homes were so close together but the neighborhood was quiet and the view amazing! Inside we felt right at home, having all of the condiments and cooking supplies was great. “An Exceptional Experience – Highly Recommend!” From the moment we arrived, this upscale condo exceeded our expectations. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every detail, from the high-end furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, showed the host’s dedication to creating an unforgettable guest experience. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a breeze to prepare meals when we chose to dine in. The bedrooms were spacious and featured plush, comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. The large windows in the living room provided breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location couldn’t have been better, offering both convenience and a sense of privacy. It was close to everything we wanted to do, with great restaurants, shopping, and attractions just minutes away. Communication with the host was seamless. Adding this one to our favorites list.

I will begin with the physical aspects of the Inn. Beautiful place, exactly as described in the posting, modern kitchen, amazing steam shower in master bath, and comfortable accommodations in all seven bedrooms to meet the family configuration we needed. Two living spaces, a workspace, eat-in kitchen, back porch as mudroom, two washer/dryer The location was perfect, we were 5-7 minutes to snowmobiling, 10-12 minutes to Ice Castle, and 20-25 minutes from skiing/snowboard, and other activities in Vail, Edwards, Eagle. Picturesque views, back and front yard, plenty of parking. Hosts provided sand and shovel for those days we had to deal with ice on the ground. Hosts were accommodating, responsive, and a joy to work with. Some FYI's, there is only one television in the Inn, however after the first night the kids and young adults didn't complain and it forced them to interact more with the family. Internet is slow, however you are on vacation, if you need high speed bring a hotspot.

We spent a fabulous Thanksgiving week at Fisherman’s Paradise in Eagle, CO. The house is extraordinarily beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We cooked a huge Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and cozy, it was pretty cold when we were there. The heating is very efficient and the fireplace in the great room was terrific, it set the mood and kept us toasty. I’m not sure if there could be a prettier location. The house sits just slightly above the river with easy access in the backyard to the river. Eagle is stunning and has lots of walking paths with amazing views. We also took side trips to Glenwood Springs and soaked in the mineral baths at Iron Mountain Hot Springs, and also drove up to Leadville. I would highly recommend both! I just can’t say enough positive things about the property and the property management team were incredible responsive. We will definitely be back.

We had an incredible time! What a beautiful location and the home was impeccably maintained. Loved the layout, bedding and the sheets were so comfortable! The home accommodated our family perfectly, and it was so easy to get in and out of. We absolutely loved everything about it. We will be returning in the summer. What a fabulous stay!

We found our stay just perfect. The home was tastefully decorated, very clean and had all we needed for a relaxing 3-day visit to Vail. The free bus stop was just out the door. The private patio was our favorite spot and spent our mornings and evenings relaxing to the sound of the creek running and watching the squirrels in the trees. Thanks Sue!

Perfect fit for our family. The fabulous bathrooms and kitchen amenities were amazing after the day's adventures on the mountain. We all slept like logs on spacious bedding. The home was relaxing and comfortable! We enjoyed nesting indoors as much as the spectacular outdoors. Everything is well stocked so you can pack light. The kids loved the easy to access private heated pool and hot tub located right outside the building. It's lightly chlorinated and just right. Our family were the only guests using it. We felt totally at home and enjoyed the private residence without hearing any noise from neighbors. Instructions for using the pool, garage, and local free public transportation made our stay easy. We didn't need to drive anywhere after arrival. Walking paths and the lake connect to the back yard. Restaurants, shops, and mountain sports are accessible on foot or the free Avon bus line stop a short walk from the front door.. Hosts were friendly and very helpful.

We have stayed at Travis's place several times now and always find it great. He responds quickly if needed and the place is always in excellent condition.
