The location of the house is very ideal for a calm and relaxing family holiday. It was an advantage to have the sea within walking distance, being in a calm and peaceful compound, and having all the basic necessities in the house. We were very pleased.

first of all, Ms. Didem pays attention to everything in fine detail as if she is hosting you in her home, not like a customer. After settling in the house, she asked if we had a request. First of all, the house is very good and very clean. There is everything that should be equipped in a house. In terms of location, it is within walking distance to the beach , grocery stores, and bakeries in the garlic area. For Ayvalık and Cunda, you can go by public transportation from the garlic bus station within an average of 15 minutes walking distance. It was a very nice experience. I would definitely prefer it again for the next holiday plan.

We would have had a nice holiday as a family. All the needs in the house were considered. Everything was clean. The host, Ms. Ayşegül, is a caring and helpful person. It was an experience I could consider staying again for this area and would recommend to anyone.

We preferred it to have a holiday in a quiet, quiet place, both working and relaxing. Since the villa was very spacious and comfortable, we were able to work comfortably for four people. In addition to the cleanliness and order, we had a nice holiday with fruit trees, a beautiful garden with tomato pepper planted, sea urchin, and a wonderful sea without jellyfish, and with the treats and hospitality of Mr. Berke and his family. First of all, the smiling face and sincerity of Ms. Duygu and her family helped us a lot. As soon as you enter the house, it raises your energy. It was very nice in terms of its view and comfort by the sea. The courtyard was also a place where we spent a lot of time with pleasure as an alternative to the sea view. Although it was very hot outside, the house was very cool and spacious due to the fact that it was made of stone. It was very nice to have a beautifully decorated bathroom in each room. There are very high quality products from the electronic devices used in the kitchen to other materials. We left saying that we should come again and again.

First of all, know that very nice people will stay in their beautiful homes. Although the location of the house is quite close to Altinkum beach and center, it is in a very peaceful area. The table and swing in the garden are ideal conditions for breakfast and coffee enjoyment. The house consists of 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. There is also a WC on each floor and a bathroom on 2 floors. The house is immaculate and the kitchen has enough supplies to meet all your needs. Hosts already live next door and are eager to help in case of a potential problem or need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will no longer be looking for another place to stay around Akçay.

The house has a large garden, a stone house with a view of the forest on the slope of the village of Nusratlı. It's exactly a quiet and relaxing place. There is a road to the village from both above and below, it is not difficult to get to. If you come up, you'll be connected to the freeway in a shorter time. We came in the cold weather, we lit the stove and used the heaters in the bedroom. The host also showed quick and resolute communication throughout the reservation and stay. A place I can choose again👍🏻

Great experience in a dream place! It is ideal if you wish to combine a place to relax to high standards. We have been discreetly supported 24/7. The pool was great and also had some hydromassage there. Everything was provided immediately upon request. The space is absolutely private with breathtaking surrounding area. Huge garden with wonderful lawn, kiosk and olive trees. We had a most pleasant outdoor dinner at the kiosk and ended at the estate's ancient Greek style small theatre trying to revive ancient comedy! Great time, great breakfast and service on daily basis with cleaner and caretaker. The island is magnificent and we had all support needed to organise our island tour to discover its beauties. Thank you all and look forward to seeing you again sometime.

Ms. Jale is a very friendly lady. He was there to greet us when we arrived at the house. He gave us a tour of every point and information about the house. The house is equipped with exactly what tools, furniture, etc. are in your house. Rest assured, there are many extra details that are not available in your home. She prepared a great house with appliances hung on the walls, authentic lamps, the products we think are copper in the living room, the knitted bikes at the entrance of the door, the patio, the swing and other items. As I told him, the opportunity and comfort you won't find in a 5-star hotel are available in this place. The house is 30-40 meters from the sea. The beach is beautiful, the sea is clean but there are chestnuts. If you do not have protective shoes, you can swim comfortably in a pristine area by walking 100 meters. Ms. Jale will definitely describe this place to you. Lastly, I can say that. A host, home, and town that really deserves the nice comments. We went for the first time. We went as 2 families, we were very satisfied. 10 out of 10 is literally.

Ms. Meltem and Mr. Fuat helped us a lot in every matter from the beginning of the process. Everything in the house was as promised in the ad and complete. We encountered a clean and spacious house. Since the location is very central, it provided us with great comfort in every sense. Cunda is a place that can be preferred with peace of mind during the trip.

An incredible atmosphere, a house that provides architectural satisfaction. Every part of the house arouses curiosity. A perfect residence that is embedded in nature without disturbing it. It is more beautiful and authentic than the pictures. I can't finish telling. Having your own beach is a rare feature, and if you are sensitive about privacy, it will satisfy you. There's a beach next door, but we saw 1 or 2 people because the season wasn't fully open. The sea was infested. The lady who cooked our meals was very sweet and helpful. It was very delicious, we were very satisfied. You may need to reconsider only if you don't get along well with animals or have a phobia of insects. Since the house is in touch with nature, there may be lizards, spiders, etc. in the common living area. The cat at home is also very friendly:) We didn't have any problems in the bedrooms. Also, the last 100-200 meters of the road to the house is a very bumpy village road, we did not see any damage, it takes a short time. We would definitely like to come back again.

We stayed for 2 nights, Mr. Ismail was very hospitable. Taylıeli village was calm and peaceful. The views of the villa, especially at sunrise and sunset, were wonderful. We also took advantage of Mr. Ismail's guide and toured the area beautifully. We brought our parents and they had a calm and peaceful holiday. The beds, towels, and everything in the house were clean, we just felt the need to sweep and wipe the floors, it was a little dusty, but other than that, there was no problem with cleaning. The kitchen was also clean and had basic supplies, my only criticism is that some items such as the toaster and tea maker could have been replaced. We had a nice 2 days in general, Mr. Ismail was always open to help. We'd love to come back.

The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it.
