House holiday rentals in Ayvalık

I stayed with my family for 4 nights. Mr. Özer responded to all our questions and requests attentively and in a timely manner until the end of the introduction phase. The house was as pictured. The backyard is very nice, it gets sun in the morning and shade in the evening. It had all the kitchen equipment you would have in your own home. The downstairs was air-conditioned, the upstairs had no air-conditioning, but there was a fan in both rooms. It's a huge plus that each room has its own bathroom and toilet. We had no problems using the pool of the site where the house is located. Only an unpleasant smell prevailed in the area and this smell was incredibly excessive in 1 of the 4 nights we stayed. But this has nothing to do with the house, of course. The site where the house was located was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Thank you for your support, Mr. Özer. It was definitely a house that should be preferred in this area.

Gizem, who greeted us with her peaceful garden, beautiful-faced employees, clean rooms and incredible positive energy, and sent us off with the same energy :))) I would like to say this to guests who are thinking of staying for a tremendous breakfast. First of all, we would like to thank our hosts very much. We enjoyed our 2-day stay very much, the house was spotless and as seen in the pictures. Although the side was full, we were not bothered at all. We loved the view, no words in the peace of the environment. It was a nice getaway for us. We started thinking when we'd come back.

Ms. Elif is an excellent host. Since the interior of the house is renovated, it has a really important advantage over other houses in Artur. Being close to the sea is very important, especially for family with children. We are very satisfied and will choose every time we come.

Beautiful house, clean interior, great place etc…. Pool was extremely clean and warm, kids didn’t got out of it all day! We will be back again

When we checked in, we were greeted by Mr. Ahmet's friend and the check-in was quite easy, the house was clean and tidy. We were also able to reach Mr. İlker easily when we needed or questions and he was very helpful and resolved. Transportation can be quite difficult if you do not have a car, the garlic center by car is short around 7 minutes and there is already every opportunity there. Since it's a newly built neighborhood, the roads are broken. The pool of the house was directly next to it and it was almost like it belonged to us, only we used it and it was spotless. I recommend🤍

The house was very nice, the towels were clean, the beds were new, the kitchen was tidy, it was a very clean and useful house, we loved every detail and the atmosphere. It was very nice to be close to the beach, you can walk around Ayvalık houses. We thank Ms. Gülay, if we come again, we will choose you again, you can stay with peace of mind.

I really liked the house. The location is wonderful—surrounded by nature, quiet, and peaceful. The interior was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and had everything one might need. First of all, Ms. Işıl is a very kind and kind host, her feedback is very quick and very helpful. The house was extremely clean as seen in the visuals. Very nice and everything to meet our needs was thought out, we felt like we were in our own home. The house is located within walking distance to the grocery store,greengrocer and the sea. The sea of Altinova is very pleasant, especially close to the sunset. We look forward to staying at Ms. Işıl's house again and having a holiday here. Thank you so much🤗

The house itself and the location are beautiful. The host, Ms. Gülcan, was very embarrassed by the offer of homemade baklava as soon as she entered, and you can stay until the evening on the day we leave. I would recommend it to anyone.

Thanks to Ms. Nilgün, she was very interested. We stayed on the lower floor of the house. He lives on the upper floor, in a reserved manner. He delivered the house in a tidy and clean manner. Artur holiday village was more beautiful than described. It was wonderful because of its possibilities and the fact that it was an isolated world. The location of the house was great. The house was also quite good. It was also very nice to have its own beach. It can be one of the best spots in the North Aegean for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Everything was as described during the reservation, we didn't have a bad surprise. The hosts were very sweet and very helpful, the place we stayed was in a central location, we had easy access to everywhere. Uncle Ahmet even gave us our holiday olive oil on the way, it's a place we'll stop by again when we're in the area 🙏🏻

The host had good communication and was one of the cleanest houses I have stayed in. We stayed for one night and the beds were quite comfortable. What I can say as a problem is that it is a little higher in terms of location, but it was accessible to the bazaar with a 7-minute walk, and a seating area such as a backyard was separated from the side with only sheets. We were satisfied with the result.

Mr. Emin was a very caring host and responded very quickly to our problems and offered pleasant suggestions before and after check-in. We felt very safe because it was a family atmosphere and it was also very clean. The house was 10-15 minutes away from the center as mentioned. There were tools in the house with all the equipment. We were very satisfied and would like to choose this house again if we come back. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed in a three-storey Greek house that preserved its historical texture, and it was far beyond our expectations in terms of both aesthetics and comfort. Each floor was furnished with meticulous care and taste; antique details and modern touches were very balanced. The atmosphere of the house is so peaceful and warm that we really felt at home. We accommodated 8 people and everyone was very comfortable. Everything was perfect in terms of cleaning. I would definitely recommend it to those who are looking for both a pleasant holiday and an aesthetic experience. We really can't wait to come back. Our host was also very kind and elegant to us. The communication was very friendly and helpful; we felt safe and valued. It was a great pleasure to be a guest of such a host in such a house. The neighborhood where the house is located was a bit challenging in terms of car transportation and parking because it preserves its historical texture. However, if you want to stay in such a special and impressive house, it is definitely worth taking this small challenge.

We were really pleased, we stayed as 3 girlfriends.
