Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ayvalık

This place is incredibly beautiful. The view and the terrace area overlook the sea and the Greek island of Lesbos. Assos ancient city is nearby. Easy access to the village coming from the north or the south. The flat is comfortable with all amenities and well stocked. Nurten is a friendly and warm host. I’m coming back for a longer stay and a swim in the sea. Thank you Nurten.

Mr. Can and his mother, Ms. Ayşe, are extremely kind and hospitable. It was very clear that every detail of the house was thoughtfully and prepared. Everything was provided in the kitchen and bathroom. We loved that the location of the house was close to everything. It was very enjoyable to spend time in the garden. We would also like to thank her mother for the treats of Ms. Ayşe. If we go to Balıkesir again, we will definitely choose you again. 😊

There were three of us staying with Berna Abla and Süer Abi for a week. Both are very warm and hospitable. We felt very comfortable from the first seconds. The area is a bit quieter and more familiar, which was just right for us. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the water is very clean and perfect for cooling off. In the immediate vicinity you can find cafes, restaurants, a kiosk and a small supermarket. From the main road, a bus runs every half hour to the center of town. A day trip to the center of Ayvalik, to Sarmisakli on the beach, to Cunda Island or to another of the great adjacent places is easy to reach. After the hustle and bustle of the city, we were always happy to arrive at our quiet accommodation. The weather was very pleasant and there was always a bit of wind, which is why we got along very well without air conditioning. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again. <3

The location of the house was great. The house was also quite good. It was also very nice to have its own beach. It can be one of the best spots in the North Aegean for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Everything was as described during the reservation, we didn't have a bad surprise. This is our second time staying in this wonderful house. We had another extremely comfortable holiday thanks to its location close to the beach and shopping centers, the quiet peaceful environment and the presence of three independent bedrooms. Our host, Ms. Iffet, was as hospitable as ever. She was quick to respond to our questions and needs. I hope we will be guests next year as well. In addition, watering the garden in the evenings is a very pleasant and refreshing effort:))

Mr. Hüseyin and Mr. Ramazan took very good care of me and my family. We felt like we were in our own home. They brought all the supplies and household items we wanted. They were very kind people, we will definitely stay much longer next time. It's a neighborhood to stay in without a doubt. Close to the garlic beach and 1-2 minutes to Küçükköy bazaar.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Mirlav, who presented this beautiful house during our Ayvalık holiday, which we went on as five girls, and always responded to our questions very quickly, offered local advice and was friendly. You can find everything you need at home, even the old ones, we had a very pleasant time on the swing on the back balcony, accompanied by long conversations, we loved the kitchen. Its location was also very close to the center, and since the neighborhood was different from the rest of Ayvalık, even though my friends were a little nervous at night, I never felt that way, it was just a little touristy, but the apartment was in a living area. In short, thank you for your interest and relevance to Mr. Mirlav. Very pleased

You can just take your personal belongings and go, you are going to a place where you can meet all your needs as if you were in your own home, there was nothing missing, everything was thought out to the finest detail, you don't have to worry about cleaning, everything is sparkling and the host was extremely interested and helpful
