Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ayvalık

Although we had a lot of parking problems for vehicles throughout Ayvalık, it was a great comfort that the house offered us at least 2 parking spaces, the house was the same as in the photos, it was very useful and clean. The host is very interested and responds quickly. It was very sweet of them to give local advice. It was peaceful to have a small garden area in front of the house. I would like to thank Ms. Nazife for her interest.

It was a pleasure to stay at Mr. Ali’s place. He was very helpful, always online if we needed any help. He even greeted us and took us (we were 4 people) home. Location of the house is very central. Literally 2-5 minutes away from everything you can do in Ayvalik. Thank you for hosting us. If we ever decide to return, we will definitely choose this place again.

A small but cozy house with a view of the sea and where you can have a peaceful time. We were very satisfied, even though we arrived at the end of October, the weather was just as hot, since the house is by the sea, we put on swimsuits and directly swim in the sea. We stayed in a peaceful neighborhood for one night. The hosts are very warm and helpful, they even picked oranges for us at checkout:) Highly recommend.

Mrs. Gülay's house is really wonderful, she thought of everything to make us comfortable. All the electronic appliances in the house work smoothly, which made me very happy. As seen in the pictures, the decoration of the house is quite stylish, it is a Greek house with a very pleasant accommodation ❤️ I think it's the best location in Ayvalık, with cobblestone pavements and many wonderful Greek houses, I didn't know where to look while walking around. The neighbors are also very sweet. It is also very precious for me that he accepted my little dog. I stay in Ayvalık every year, and I've stayed in this kind of house before, but this has become my favorite place by far. See you next summer. 🤗❤️

The house itself and the location are beautiful. The host, Ms. Gülcan, was very embarrassed by the offer of homemade baklava as soon as she entered, and you can stay until the evening on the day we leave. I would recommend it to anyone.

The location of the house was within driving distance to the Dikili center. If you just want to go to the sea and have a quiet and peaceful holiday, it is in a convenient location. A very clean 3-story house in the compound. There is all the necessary stuff for cooking at home. Every room comes with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, but if you want to sit in the open area, there are only plastic tables and chairs in a small area. Apart from that, there is an area like a winter garden, there are mosquito nets everywhere and you can sit comfortably without being exposed to flies. The compound has its own beach and sun loungers. There is also a shower and dressing cabin. When he went on vacation, he also said where to swim in the sea and give money to the beach. We drove to the sea and had a small child. But those who like to walk can walk. It is 2-3 km away from the mini markets. The sea is beautiful, the environment is beautiful. If we go again, we'll stay in the same place again.

The house looked exactly like the pictures. It’s ideal for people looking for a relaxing trip. Our host was very responsive, they sent us all the details one day before the trip. In case of any issues, they were ready to help immediately since they live on the floor above. The house is very close to the beach, but the water was a bit murky almost every day. Still, it was good enough for a short swim. I definitely recommend it.

First of all, we would like to thank our hosts very much. We enjoyed our 2-day stay very much, the house was spotless and as seen in the pictures. Although the side was full, we were not bothered at all. We loved the view, no words in the peace of the environment. It was a nice getaway for us. We started thinking when we'd come back.

We found everything we needed in the house. It was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great! You can walk just a few minutes to reach the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the seaside. Mr. Alper was very helpful, we could easily communicate when we needed it. I stayed for one night with my two friends, we didn't have any expectations because we just came to sleep, but you can come and stay for a few days.

Thank you for providing a very sufficient accommodation experience in the interior with a large garden balcony within the texture of the island, right next to the Rahmi Koç museum, within walking distance to everywhere.

First of all, I would like to start by thanking Mr. Erdi for his good communication. We easily communicated during both check-in and checkout. The house was spotless and had all the kitchen utensils you could need. The house fully met our need for our family of 5. The only downside is that there is no elevator in the building and the water engine upstairs works very loudly. The terrace was quite pleasant. The house is located on a quiet street, although the building does not have a parking lot, we did not have any problems finding a parking spot. If your expectation is a calm stay, you can choose with peace of mind. Thank you to Mr. Erdi for his hospitality.

First of all, the location of the house was really nice. It was about 250 meters from the sea. The interior of the house and the linens and towels were very clean. We did not encounter anything missing in the house. The garden is very pleasant:) The host had treats from the peppers in the garden:) We did not communicate much because we did not encounter any problems, but we had no problems with the check-in and checkout. Isil and his co-host Sakire are very friendly. His English is excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Easy to find and access. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. Also had a laundry machine which was handy as we were travelling for a couple of weeks in need of a wash of clothes. A big bonus!!. Parking was also available as we had a car. We look forward to staying again when we visit the Ayavlik and Cunda area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.
