Had a great time, great location and Darren was lovely.

Our stay was peaceful and quiet, we were left alone and found the lodge to be exactly what we needed. It was well lit on the path, the fire pit was great as well as the location and views around the area and at the hot tub. We loved our time here. I’ve recommended it to people already!

The cabin couldn’t have been more relaxing! Exactly what we needed after a long travel to start our trip. We were able to relax and unwind with the outdoor bath and fire pit and the chilled champagne and breakfast basket were perfect on arrival! Thanks to Mandy for giving us the best recommendation on a local golf course, Murrayshall was gorgeous and challenging! Thanks for this little gem Alice we hope to be back!

Lovely stay here after our wedding. Was very peaceful! Saw lots of deer and an owl, amazing!!

Jon was an amazing host and very attentive. His attention to detail was something else. We went to The Love Hub for one night to celebrate our 20yr wedding anniversary. On arrival was a lovely note from Jon and a surprise bottle of bubbles sat in an ice bucket beside the hot tub. We really enjoyed the fact that we could relax in the hot tub while watching movies on the big screen while the rain was falling. The lights that Jon has decorated the Love Hub with really added to the ambiance of the surroundings. Jon has thought of everything. The Love Hub really is that special place to spend some quality time with your other half without being disturbed. I give this place a 10/10

We had the best stay here for my birthday! Honestly would recommend to anyone that wants a relaxing stay with stunning views. 😍 Lovely hosts that can’t do enough for you, let us know the best places to go for walks and food etc and also helped us light the fire for the hot tub. The pod was immaculate and lots of little touches with eggs from the hens, biscuits & even a dog biscuit! We took our 2 year old Staffy Miley with us and she absolutely loved it, don’t think she wanted to come home 😂 The garden is perfect for dogs to run round and nearby beaches and long walks. We found a lovely woodland walk called Aldouran Wetland Garden & Woodland Trails. We will definitely be coming back to the pod, it is perfect! Thankyou so much Sarah & Mark 😄

Absolutely lovely, super comfy stay at Alison’s place at Balquhidder! Cosy and quirky, we had everything we needed in a truly gorgeous spot! We loved using the big fire pit outside in the fairy-lit garden, just watching the flames with a cuppa at night, and listening to the birds and the sounds of the hillside. From fresh croissants to big blankets and eclectic little bits of artwork, this place is fun, well thought through, and just a fab base to explore the beauty of this breathtaking area. Great access for woodland and lochside walks, trips to nearby Callander, and amazing food - we took Alison up on her recommendation of Mhor84, just 6 minutes drive from the lodge, and it did NOT disappoint, with a totally fantastic meal enjoyed in the heart of the glen, in exquisite sunshine! This was a really special mini holiday for us before our baby arrives, and we had the best time. Thank you, Alison!

We had an amazing stay! The host was absolutely lovely and provided exceptional service from start to finish. Everything was perfect—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The location was beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of space for our dog to run around and enjoy. We also really appreciated the little touches like the coffee and dog-friendly extras. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Fun and vibrant home. Felt like a very creative environment I just wanted to stay and read all weekend! The garden is beautiful with lots of flowers and wilderness. Will 100% be back

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this stunning location. What an amazing experience and we could not have asked for a better stay! Superb memories were created here for us and our dogs! A stunning walk through the woods and into Ballantrae, 7 miles there and back but loads of wildlife to see and we would recommend. Lindsay and Chris were exceptional hosts and just lovely people! We cannot think of a better break that we have all enjoyed and cannot wait to return!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the cabin with our dog. It’s very well located, just over an hour from Glasgow but quiet and secluded. The cabin is comfortable and has everything one would need for a few days in the highlands. The wood burner is a lovely touch and keeps the place warm and cosy. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The whole place was also spotless and well maintained. Cornelius was a very responsive and accommodating host!

A lovely private place to stay. Very welcoming and lovely areas nearby. If anyone else goes here there is an amazing walk at the bottom of the river to check out!

We really loved this place, it's a very cosy and homely lodge on lovely farmland. The views from the porch are fantastic and the ecolodge is private and so peaceful. Katherine is a great and kind host who made us feel right at home. There is a stream to cross (wellies needed) to get from the parking to the lodge - we loved that (and so did our toddler) but might not be to everyone's taste.

Leah & Lennox’s airbnb was the perfect stay. The lodge was exceptionally clean & the interior was so modern & homely. All amenities were great & the hot tub was super easy to use. The lodge is only a short drive from dumfries which was great for me and my partner as it allowed us to still train at the gym whilst we were away. The forest walk was the perfect start to our morning. The area was very peaceful & we started each morning with a coffee whilst watching the lambs. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay to celebrate my graduation & we cannot wait to return❤️

We really liked our stay at the pods! The location is beautiful, with pedestrian access to a very nice hike. The pods themselves were perfect for us and had everything we needed, in addition to an amazing view! We did not have a car, but there is a local bus that can drop you very close to the site.

A lovely wee cabin with plenty of space to move around, very clean, and has all the amenities that you need. Views out of every window are amazing and for those that need there is full 4/5g signal. Amazingly friendly and responsive hosts as well that show they really care about the stay being a great experience for their guests. Will definitely use again should I be looking to stay in the area

We had a lovely stay at Middleton Lodge! The lodge itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. One of the highlights was definitely the private loch — we really enjoyed spending time there fishing in the peaceful surroundings. The lodge was well-equipped and made a great base for exploring the area. We took a trip down to Largs and spent a great day at the beach, which was an easy and scenic drive away. The only minor downside was that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it certainly wouldn’t stop us from coming back. Overall, a great stay and we’d happily return!
