We went for a pleasant holiday as a family. The pool, the house was very nice and clean. Everything we might need was considered in the kitchen in the bathroom, we didn't need to bring anything from the house. We were especially happy with your wine treat. I think those who want a quiet, peaceful and calm holiday with a personal pool without looking for a view will be satisfied. You arrive without going into central traffic and there is a grocery store nearby. Mr. Emin and his team were very helpful to us. It will definitely be among our options for vacation in the future:)

The house is also very nice as a neighborhood, my only recommendation is that you increase the kitchen equipment a little more.

We went as 7 people and stayed for 2 nights. The pool, kitchen, rooms, bed and sheets on them, bathrooms were clean. There were plenty of plates and glasses in the house for everyone. The house was in an easily located area, although close to the road it was not noisy. There were many small and large grocery stores around in nearby areas. We were able to easily find parking for the car and there was also parking at the entrance of the house garden for 1 car. It was as seen in the photos. It will be enough to take with you personal items and shopping at the grocery store around for eating and drinking, most of the rest was in the house. We were very pleased. Mr. Rifat has always answered our questions quickly and helpfully, thank you. We would recommend it to those who are considering staying.

We were able to arrive earlier than the official time, thank you Isil. Her lovely grandmother living on the lower floor gave us the key. Several floors offer several bedrooms. The whole is well equipped but the highlight of this house is the calm and it is not negligible in Kusadasi, and the balcony of beautiful dimensions where we often had lunch. We park on the street just in front, it's convenient. Good location to visit the archaeological remains of Ephesus in the North, Priène and Milet to the south, and of course Kusadasi by expressways. A very good memory and friendly contacts with Isil's grandmother.
