Well decorated, clean, great location in the center.

We were slightly later than expected but Vanessa very kindly waited for us to let us in. The apartment was very clean and perfect for my son and I with everything that we needed The location is great with beautiful views. Vanessa very kindly left us the excellent local olive oil and even provided us with two small bottles to take home. We thoroughly recommend Vanessa’s place to stay.

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. Thank you Leila.

modern, spacious, comfortable, clean and cozy apartment, in a great location also for the free parking in front of the house. A few kilometers from Sermoneta and Ninfa. We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

my mom and I stayed here for a week with our "dog" (medium-large size). The house is surrounded by greenery, in a well-kept and quiet place. Donato and his family were very nice and helpful since the day of our arrival. Highly recommended !!

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

Severino's house is large and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the Ciociara countryside. Many very beautiful sites are nearby and it is possible to get to Rome by train from the Frosinone station 15 min drive from the accommodation. Severino and his whole family are particularly welcoming and open hosts. The stay was perfect.

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Apartment complete with everything you need to stay. Fully equipped kitchen (pots, Bimby products, etc.) and stocked with basic food items (salt, oil, coffee, etc.)

I would recommend this place because it's spacious . The outdoor courtyards are relaxing, the indoor spaces are large and comfortable, there are two full bathrooms, everything you need to prepare meals, in short, everything is perfect!

the apartment is one of the best of our road trip! it has a breathtaking view. the attentions of chiara are just wonderful after a long journey. the breakfast delivered to the door is so nice! it's an undeniable plus. the cleanliness of the apartment, communication with chiara and her husband who remain available for all our questions. the bedding is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. in short you will not regret it! nothing but the village is worth it! in addition we have forgotten an object and she will try to send it to us! beautiful people!

We checked in very late due to the traffic we encountered on the street, but the host was impeccable! The apartment is on the main street, with all services nearby and a convenient subway station with parking! The house offers all the comforts you want: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and kettle! Pots and pans of all sizes, clean from every point of view. The covered terrace has a great view of the hills, which is why it stays cool! I recommend this accommodation for those who want the comfort of the city but without staying in the chaos! Thank you ☺️
