This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

We stayed in Francesco's apartment from Thursday to Sunday and we had a great time! The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, like staying at home! Monticchio is ten minutes from L'Aquila and half anhour from Fonte Cerreto, from which the cable car to Gran Sasso starts. The Gran Sasso is beautiful and, if you like nature, trekking, cycling or horseback riding, the location of the house is optimal to reach the natural attractions of the area. Accommodation on three floors in a very quiet area, Luigi and Antonia were very kind and helpful. We went for a three-day bachelor party and didn't regret it. Recommended!

The accommodation is clean, clear instructions, located in a charming village. That said, the charm of the village is accompanied by a certain difficulty in finding and reaching the accommodation. Outside of this, everything was perfect.

Absolutely stunning! I didn't want to leave. Castel Di Tora is such a magical little village. It's a small gorgeous medieval village with stunning views. We spent 4 nights there and I already want to go back. We watched the horses going across the bridge to go graze with the cows. Swam in the lake. Tried most of the restaurants. And just relaxed. Giovanni is one of the best hosts I have encountered on my travels, and I use Airbnb ALOT. I loved walking my dog around the area. I will be back for sure ♥️

Short stay, but perfect. For future guests: the house is spread over three floors and the bathroom is on the upper one, the bedroom on the lower one, but there is a sofa bed also in the living room in front of the bathroom. Cute country, welcoming and responsive to questions. Not suitable for people with limited mobility (but the whole country is unfortunately not tailored).

Aldo's house is very cozy, clean and well located, the car has always been parked in front of the front door of the house, a very quiet and quiet alley, a stone's throw from the central square, a short walk from the grocery stores (fishmonger, butcher, bakery...). About 30 minutes from the slopes of Campo Felice and 15 from Ovindoli. Highly recommended, THANK YOU MR. ALDO.

Simple fins cottage, with lots of charm in enchanting quiet surroundings. Terhi and Ivano are wonderful hosts and were always there for us with support and help. We got great tips for excursions and lots of information for visiting Rome. The accommodation is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet Rome center is easily accessible by train and in the area there are many more wonderful destinations for activities. The cottage has everything you need. In case of any issues or questions, the two hosts are available at any time. We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Terhi and Ivano.

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

It is a somewhat dated apartment in a very quiet vacation complex. The location is strategic because in a few minutes you can reach the center (with a very safe cycle pedestrian road) but also leave for various excursions or for skiing. The house is comfortable and very clean with everything you need. I was impressed by the kitchen very well stocked with all the utensils, which is not obvious. The bathroom is also clean and functional. The heating works perfectly and the hot water also gave us no problems despite having 7 showers in a row. Last is the spectacular view from the balcony. Highly recommended!

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Adriano has been such a lovely host with us! Super welcoming, friendly, available and flexible! The villa was like a dream for us: immersed in a hill of olive trees, peaceful, with such a wonderful view of the valley and containing a piece of history, which could only be the cherry on top. We all loved it! Totally recommended! Especially if you are looking for a relaxing time and want to get a break from the chaotic and stressful routine of the city life :) Hope to come back soon, Adriano!

Fantastically beautiful location in the mountains, beautiful pool and good functional furnishings. You just have to be aware that it is a very quiet place and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for excursions or the like, which was completely ok for us. Angelo is a great host, we would come back anytime.

Patrizia was a very attentive host and available to meet our needs. A centrally located apartment, with easy parking for our motorcycle, in the designated stalls behind the Town Hall. Terrace above Apartment really beautiful with a wide panorama over the entire valley below. Great for freshening up in the evening. Excellent location for the ease of walking to all the most interesting sites in Tivoli. Highly recommended as a choice and I take this opportunity to thank the host Patrizia.

Vincenzo and Tracey were incredible hosts for us adults and our toddlers. Their hospitality, top notch! The home and views will truly leave you breathless. If you like the countryside, this is the place to be. Beautiful Pineto beach is just 30 mins away. Lovely wineries within 30 - 45 mins. If you appreciate nature and beautiful mountain drives + going to the beach, you’ve found it. 💕🙏

We absolutely loved our stay at Veronica's in Tivoli. Veronica was so helpful, picking us up at the train station, sending links and recommendations for local sites, and even making dinner reservations for us. The town of Tivoli itself was remarkable, everything was walkable and it was exactly the experience we were hoping for. We would recommend without hesitation!

Really pleasant stay in Maria's apartment, on two levels, very clean, tidy and very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (dishes, pans, TV, napkins), and the pellet stove heats perfectly. The apartment is in a quiet countryside area, perfect for relaxing, and private parking is very convenient. Maria was very kind and also told us about her Alpaca, from which she obtains beautiful artisanal products

We have been in this house the second time and it is always like "coming home". The area is beautiful with a lot of possibilities for activity. We will come back. Thank you!

The apartment is in a beautiful and peaceful location, and is easy to find. It’s spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, and the view from the terrace over the lake is just stunning. Antonella and Dario are exceptional hosts, responding to messages and fixing any problems almost instantly. They definitely went above and beyond to make our stay really comfortable.

Serena was an excellent host, being responsive to our questions. The location was perfect in the centre of the village and the lovely large bedroom dominated the apartment.
