Die Unterkunft war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Lage war wie gewünscht abgelegen, ruhig und von Natur umringt. Die Wohnung, insbesondere auch das Badezimmer, war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer nebst Bettwäsche waren ebenfalls sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit einen Aufenthalt definitiv wert und empfehlenswert!

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. Thank you Leila.

Had such a lovely stay. Beautiful quiet l place outside the city, close enough to explore towns nearby. Great getaway. Place was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and Francesca was lovely, giving great recommendations, very responsive host and always helpful

L'appartement de Daniele est un bonheur, spacieux, confortable et très frais, qualité appréciable au mois d'aout. Des lits douillets, propreté irréprochable. De plus, Daniele est très sympathique et disponible immédiatement pour toute question. Nous reviendrons !

appartamento moderno, spazioso, comodo, pulitissimo e accogliente, in ottima posizione anche per la dotazione di parcheggio libero proprio di fronte a casa. A pochi chilometri da Sermoneta e Ninfa. Host gentile e disponibile per un check in fuori orario e immediato nelle risposte. Quindi consigliamo assolutamente, grazie da Anna Pia e Maurizio

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

soggiorno impeccabile posizione centralissima host reattivo, alloggio corrispondente a descrizioni e foto. è la seconda volta che alloggia in questa struttura che resta alla mia preferita a Pescasseroli 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus mit dem privaten Innenhof, welcher mit Stühlen und Tisch ausgestattet war, ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Den Kontakt mit Francesca und den Nachbarn war für uns gelebte Italianità. Der private Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück nebenan ist genial. Die Restaurants mit regionalen Spezialitäten, ein Hochgenuss. Wer einmal so richtig feine Fischgerichte essen möchte, ist il Dattero di Mare die richtige Adresse!!! Dies zur Abwechslung zu Fleisch. Wer gerne wandert ist hier in Aquila, als Ausgangspunkt, genau richtig.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

io e mia mamma abbiamo soggiornato qui una settimana con la nostra “cagnolina” (taglia medio-grande). La casa è immersa nel verde, in un posto curato e tranquillo. Donato e la sua famiglia sono stati molto carini e disponibili fin dal giorno del nostro arrivo. Consigliatissimo !!

Soggiornare da Anna Maria e Matteo è stato corroborante, ci ha permesso di "staccare la spina" e di recuperare le forze dopo un periodo stancante. La casa ci ha accolto con calore, l'ambiente caldo e familiare, complice le decorazioni natalizie, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La casa era pulita, gli ambienti ampi, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una vera chicca il proiettore al piano di sotto, che ha reso speciali le nostre serate in famiglia. Ringraziamo Matteo per la sua disponibilità e per i suggerimenti culinari.

La maison de Severino est grande et confortable. Elle bénéficie d une vue magnifique sur la campagne de la Ciociara. De nombreux très beaux sites se trouvent à proximité et il est possible de se rendre à Rome en train depuis la station de Frosinone à 15 min de voiture du logement. Severino et toute sa famille sont des hôtes particulièrement accueillants et ouverts. Le séjour était parfait.

Vacanza breve ma indimenticabile. Ottima sistemazione. Visitato posti splendidi sia Nemi, che è un confettino, che i dintorni del lado di Nemi con Genzano e il lago Albano con Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo. Siamo stati anche a Tivoli in una mezz'oretta circa a visitare Villa Adriana e Villa d'Este - FANTASTICHE. Ottima cena al Ristorante Le Colombe consigliato da Matteo, così come la colazione al Byron Bar. E per finire, senza saperlo, abbiamo vissuto la celebrazione dei 100 anni della Sagra delle Fragole. INDIMENTICABILE ESPLOSIONE DI GIOIA- Complimenti agli organizzatori. Anche da parte dei miei compagni, anzi compagne di viaggio, un grazie di tutto, è andato tutto alla perfezione. E...sicuramente faremo un pensierino per ritornarci dove la natura, la bellezza, i colori e la cordialità della gente del posto, "esplodono" a 360 gradi. Bello Bello Bello. Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

Estuvimos aquí de paso en nuestras vacaciones por Italia ,Olga y claudio fueron encantadores ,tienen un apartamento precioso con unas vistas inmejorables nos encantaría volver en nuestro próximo viaje

Appartamento completo di tutto il necessario per soggionare. Cucina attrezzata(pentole prodotti bimby etc)e fornita di generi alimentari base(sale olio caffè etc)

Je recommande ce logement car il est spacieux . Les cours extérieures sont relaxantes, les espaces intérieurs sont grands et confortables, il y a deux salles de bain complètes , tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer les repas, bref, tout est parfait !

l'appartement est un des meilleurs de notre road trip! il as une vue a couper le souffle. les attentiens de chiara sont juste merveilleux après un long trajet. le petit déjeuner livré devant la porte est tellement agréable! c'est un + indéniable. la propreté de l'appartement, les communications avec chiara et son mari qui restent disponibles pour toutes nos questions. la literie est confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. bref allez y vous ne regretterai pas! rien que le village en vaut la peine! en plus nous avons oublié un objet et elle va essayer de nous l'envoyer! de belles personnes!

Abbiamo effettuato il check-in tardissimo a causa del traffico trovato per strada ma l’host è stata impeccabile! la via dell appartamento è sulla via principale, in prossimità ci sono tutti i servizi e la stazione della metropolitana con parcheggio è comodissima! la casa offre tutte le comodità che si desiderano lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde e bollitore! pentolame e stoviglie di ogni misura, pulita da ogni punto di vista. Il terrazzo coperto gode di un ottima vista sulle colline , motivo per cui rimane fresca! Consiglio questo alloggio per chi desidera la comodità della città ma senza rimanere nel caos! Grazie ☺️
