Our family found this property to be exactly what we needed for our stay.

This was a great space for several families to come together. We used all the spaces - ping pong, deck, games at dinner table. We have spaces to come together but spaces to have privacy. Really enjoyed the location.

Yvonne’s farmhouse is absolutely amazing! Exactly as described and was surrounded by beauty! It took me back in time when I grew up in Boone. Beds were very comfortable, couches and chairs were amazing, as well! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! The farm fresh eggs, juice and milk (along with all the goodies on the bar) was such a sweet and thoughtful touch to this already amazing home! We had such a wonderful time here! Thank you so much for being an absolute amazing host!! 10 plus stars! ⭐️✨ ✨ 💜🤍

Great spot for the whole family! Well appointed kitchen. Clean and felt right at home. Pups loved the extra large fenced yard. Easy to get to hiking and skiing. Kathy was very kind and responsive!

We were 100% happy with our stay. The location was 45 minutes away from App State (including traffic). We did not venture out other than graduation venues. We enjoyed the screened porch for cards, the fire pit was perfect for toasting a few marshmallows (grand children enjoyed). Prior to arrival, I was initially concerned that our full pans of food might not fit in refrigerator but to my surprise it was a top refrigerator with double wide shelves (freezer at the bottom). During our stay there had been a 9 hour power outage (apparently scheduled transformer maintenance) and we were happy that the loss of power did not affect running water. That was a plus because we had a 9am graduation and still managed a hot shower. There were plenty of games in closet, plenty of towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, soaps, seasonings, pots, pans, utensils- etc…. You name it, it was probably there, with the exception of a portable crib (which we brought our own). Best of all - price!!! Very affordable

What a lovely place! We enjoyed the comforts of this sweet home. The views from the decks and large windows were quite a treat. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding, and a great assortment of games. Convenient location. Would like to return the next time we visit Beech.

It was a wonderful, warm and cozy place to stay. There are neighbors but we remained private. The bed was comfortable and I fell in love with the cozy shower. It was perfect for two. I will be staying again.

This was the perfect house to stay in for my graduation. It wasn’t too far from App and had everything we needed. Angela was responsive and timely whenever contacting her. The book in the living room was fun to look through.. I’m glad more people have been able to enjoy this space. We will be returning soon!

Matt was an incredible host! We had everything we were looking for and more, When and if we had a request or question Matt made it his mission to respond to the best of his ability. 10/10 experience as far as our accommodations were concerned!

This place was so peaceful and relaxing. We fished directly off the deck and could see the fish from there also. We attempted to find the steps down to the water a few homes over but we weren’t able to locate them. We loved that the home was back off the road but still very close to town and many local places. The neighborhood was very quiet and well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations for the home and location!! The only suggestion I can give is for a WELCOME binder with lists of local restaurants and other attractions and clear instructions to the steps down to the water. Also, include a checkout checklist. And maybe a book for all visitors to sign and leave a word about their visit and where they are visiting from! Just ideas I have seen in other past rental homes! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave!

This is my 4th time staying at Tonyia’s cabin for work! It was sparkling clean as usual! They have everything you need with kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, etc. The location is the best in the area. Land Harbor is absolutely beautiful this time of year. They have SO many amenities and it’s beautiful to drive around and hike around the trails and parks in the area. The trees, flowers, and nature are beautiful! It’s a must stay cabin!

I planned a few days at Grandfather Mountain and the surrounding area. Chris’ location was perfect, just a few minutes away. It was clean and comfortable and it was exactly as described. It was very well stocked and had lots of little extras, including area information and even having the light/fan switches labeled for convenience. I definitely recommend his house and plan to use it again when I’m in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Abril and Christophers place. Location was great for access to the mountain biking trails.

Very nice peaceful place, great for a family get together. 35 minutes to Boone. Beautiful home. We really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend it. Host is very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. (Hiking, wineries, visiting Boone, blowing rock and linville falls). The location was peaceful and as described in the listing. The host was very quick to respond when we had a little trouble with the electronic door lock. Heads up that both bathrooms are only accessed through the bedrooms which was a little annoying for our group but manageable. We absolutely loved the hot tub and definitely would have utilized the pool and tennis courts if we’d stayed longer.

Our stay at this cabin was wonderful! So clean and well appointed. The views were beautiful from the covered front porch and covered hot tub area. April quickly responded to my question during booking. We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing: the view is gorgeous and the cabin is adorable. We were especially impressed with the kitchen and the attention to detail (everything is themed and labeled). Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the Plumtree Cabin, it was nice to journey through the mountains and find ourselves in a private Cabin next to a farm. We were also welcomed by a family of 7 deer each night of our stay. Very affordable and comfortable cabin. Will definitely keep in mind for future travels.

The place was roomy, well stocked and very comfortable. The yard contained beautiful blooms and a fire pit. The large bathrooms well stocked with towels and wash clothes was especially appreciated. Host responsiveness and suggestions of nearby activities, attractions and restaurants was also appreciated.

This home met all of our needs and accommodated all of our wants, from the home itself to the hot tub and firepit! Central to many outdoor activities and very accessible. Just a tip, Apple Maps wasn’t as accurate as Google maps. Be sure to check the address Apple Maps selects. Eric was accessible the whole time and we had a great trip.

This little cabin was in a gorgeous location! Right next to the snow tubing and not far from grandfather mountain! The views from the hot tub were amazing! Brought our two dogs and they loved it! The patio with the hot tub was fenced in so the dogs were able to hang with us while we were relaxing in the hot tub! Definitely would recommend and plan to come back!

If you are looking for a quiet, well-equipped location where there is room for everyone, you’ve found your place. While a little quirky, the layout has all sorts of nooks & crannies for you to enjoy… multiple porches, multiple fireplaces, multiple seating arrangements. The views are just beautiful & the house is cozy & well-equipped. We were a family group of all adults in for graduation at App State. I wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the house more. Ann was a great communicator & we would definitely purely stay here again. There are a lot of steps involved to enjoy everything but also many options on the main floor of the house if you have mobility issues (we had older grandparents in our party and no young children). Ann’s notes about local shops & restaurants were detailed & helpful. Great stay!
