An exceptional experience! This beach house exceeded our expectations. Its location is ideal. The space is spacious, bright, and decorated with a cozy style that made us feel at home. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the patio is perfect for relaxing at sunset. Our host was very friendly and attentive, providing us with helpful recommendations. We created unforgettable memories and definitely plan to return. Absolutely loved staying here!! The pool was everything!! Me and my group were a little worried about distance to beach but it is so close to both the best beaches in town!! Walkable or a a short drive!! We will definitely be back!!

Meghan was always responsive from check in to check out. The house was everything we wanted and needed. It was our second time there so we knew what to expect. It was even better than the last visit! The house had everything we needed. All we did was get our groceries and relaxed for the entire week. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent stay, great host, very responsive to any needs, the pool was chilly when we first arrived but apparently it had rained constantly for a week before our arrival, Lana explained and sure enough it quickly warmed up, house is a little out of the way but we had transportation so not a deal breaker, overall a lovely week with family and our 3 year old grandson loved lots of pool time, thanks again 🙏🏻

Absolutely in love with this home. It was easy to get too, central, the home itself was spotless and inviting. The pool was big, clean and enclosed. Also the pool got amazing sun light, pool was always warm and clean. The neighborhood was calm and welcoming. Great spot for families. It’s also only a short drive to many local beaches, restaurants, and malls.

This very bright and airy private home has everything you may want for a relaxing holiday retreat. It is impeccably designed with high-end contemporary furniture, appliances, kitchenware and bath products. It is quiet and filled with birdsong once you step outside into the screened covered lanai. Only minutes from a plethora of food and beverage options and the beaches of downtown Naples. It was a pleasure staying at Flamingo House and I plan on returning soon.

My family and i had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fully equipped. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. Rhi and Michael were very responsive. We had some issues with the pool & hot tub and they sent someone to fix it the next morning. They also worked with us on an early check in. The no pet fee is also a very nice bonus! The dock & paddle boat was a fun added touch. My husband was surprised by a decently large lizard (about 3 ft) sun bathing on the dock. The dock is surrounded by trees so you can’t see it until you get down to it. We also saw plenty tiny lizards outside & also one in the house. The bicycles were fun too, i only wish there were 4 so we all could have gone on a bike ride together. The only other constructive criticism i have is some of the appliances could use to be updated as well as the kitchen sink/faucet. Also, the outside tiki area/tables n chairs needs to be added into the cleaning routine before guests check in. Saved 4 future stays!

Fantastic house, perfect for family and friends, lot of space, big kitchen. The location is fabulous, close to the beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping areas. Recommended to stay here and we will stay there again if I have a chance to visit Naples next time.

Beautiful home with everything you could want in a quiet spot. It was a wonderful home away from home.

Brody was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The unit was extremely clean. There was anything you could want in the kitchen, from silverware, pots and pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, potholders, glasses, plates, etc. Back patio was quite comfortable. I have to say the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for quite some time. Quality appliances and hardware. Plenty of wooden hangars. He even had a clothes steamer to use! I highly recommend this place and will look for it on my next visit to Fort Myers!

This place was absolutely amazing! The outdoor area and pool were the highlights — beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. It truly felt like a private resort. The home itself was tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. We were a big group and the house had plenty of room for everyone. It was stocked with so many essentials, which made the stay super convenient. They even had everything needed for a day at the beach with the whole family. The location was also perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% book again. Highly recommend!

This home was beautiful, the open layout was great. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable. We spent the entire time on the back deck watching tv and hanging by the pool. The weather was not in our favor so the covered porch made such a difference for us. Highly recommend staying here. The host is very responsive and very kind. The house was beautiful and had a great layout! Everything you may need was available. I am a bit of a neat freak and had no worries walking into this house. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all!! Terry was very helpful with all instructions and recommendations. You definitely don’t want to miss this diamond in the rough!!

I had a wonderful time at Michelle's house. The place is beautiful and very clean, but we definitely fell in love with the pool area. Its beautiful design, along with the tiki bar, will make you spend hours without getting bored. You'll also find plenty of utensils to prepare your meals. If there's something I should point out, it's that they don't allow you to use the grill and the sink in the tiki bar, which I found a bit disappointing. I also want to point out that the house has 5 bedrooms, but only two are actually equipped for adults. The other two are children's rooms, and the third is a living room. In two of the bedrooms, my family had to sleep on inflatable mattresses. As a recommendation, it would be nice if all the rooms were equipped with conventional beds. Also, on the last day of our stay, a neighbor came over with a bad attitude to ask me to turn down the music; it was 6:00 PM and not even the music was that loud. Other than that, my overall rating is wonderful. Thanks.

I stay in four or five Air BNBs a year on average, and Jacklyn's place is definitely at the top of my list. The bicycles provided were great, as it is only about a ten minute ride to the beach and saves you the $ 10 parking fee. The layout of the community is such that not every street feeds out on to the main highway, so it was surprisingly peaceful given how close it is to just about everything. Walmart is only a half-mile away (less than a five minute bike ride if you are inclined), and there are a lot of convenient options for restaurants and just about anything else you could want. The house was super clean. I loved the walk-in shower. I don't get to Naples very often, but the next time I do I will definitely check to see if this property is available before looking at any other option.

This place was the best airbnb I stayed in yet! The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean(I have OCD so this was great)! The host was very friendly and helpful! I drove 17 hours and 30 minutes to florida from Indiana and we made it in way earlier than check in and Edward was super nice and let us go ahead and get into the house early! We were so exhausted from the drive and he understood and told us we can go ahead and enter and rest! That was super nice! We have recommended his airbnb to a lot of our family and friends! If you are looking for a place in Naples that is very clean and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet this airbnb is the best CHOICE!

It was incredibly family-friendly, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. The swimming pool was a highlight — pristine and perfect for relaxing or playing with the kids. Even on the couple of rainy days we had, the hosts went above and beyond by sending thoughtful gifts for our children, which really made the experience extra special. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this home to any families visiting Naples. We’d come back in a heartbeat!
