We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful home in Naples, FL. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and just a short drive to the beach and great restaurants. The house itself was spotless and very well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A really thoughtful touch was the welcome snacks and bottle of wine waiting for us on the counter—it was such a nice surprise and much appreciated after a day of travel. The backyard was definitely a highlight. Between the clean, inviting pool and hot tub and the spacious lanai, it felt like our own private oasis. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening—it really added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the space. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples, and we'd love to stay here again!

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

I had a wonderful time at Michelle's house. The place is beautiful and very clean, but we definitely fell in love with the pool area. Its beautiful design, along with the tiki bar, will make you spend hours without getting bored. You'll also find plenty of utensils to prepare your meals. If there's something I should point out, it's that they don't allow you to use the grill and the sink in the tiki bar, which I found a bit disappointing. I also want to point out that the house has 5 bedrooms, but only two are actually equipped for adults. The other two are children's rooms, and the third is a living room. In two of the bedrooms, my family had to sleep on inflatable mattresses. As a recommendation, it would be nice if all the rooms were equipped with conventional beds. Also, on the last day of our stay, a neighbor came over with a bad attitude to ask me to turn down the music; it was 6:00 PM and not even the music was that loud. Other than that, my overall rating is wonderful. Thanks.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication a breeze.

This place was beautiful . The house was clean and stocked. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom offered a luxury feel. The back deck was great to relax on . The drive to the beach is just a few minutes and there is beach gear at the house which makes it super convenient and enjoyable for the beach. Overall loved our stay and would definitely come back.

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

Carla's place was definitely worth the price. The home was meticulously clean and we really appreciated the modern kitchen appliances, which we used daily to cook and clean the dishes. The furniture is very comfortable, although we found the extra mattress topper in the master bedroom making the bed too soft. The master shower is amazing! Kids and I loved the pool and the partial shade throughout the Am morning and evening. Everything was supplied - beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys and fully stocked kitchen. Even rice cookers, crock pot and air fryer are available, as well as 3 ways to make coffee ☕. Publix stores and Walmart very close by, Loudermilk park/Beach within an 18- minute drive. Thank you, Carla, this would be a place to come back to if visiting area again.

Greg was a great host. Flexible in allowing for our early arrival, and quick to respond! His home is lovely. We had a relaxing time.

This was our second stay at this location, and it was great again! We did have a couple of issues when we first got there, but they were resolved quickly and all of the maintenance staff that came were so kind and polite. Can’t ask for much more than that!

There aren’t enough characters to detail all the positives about this place. It was so clean, peaceful, well laid out, comfortable, furnished well to cook there and enjoy the stay. Very nice table and chairs to eat out by the pool. The house guide book was very helpful. Very much appreciated the bathroom off the pool. Everything was in working order. Extremely well stocked. The host is the best we have worked with. If there was a rating higher than 5, I would give it. We have already booked for next year.

We had a great stay with our family. Our grandchildren had a great time with all the toys for the pool and beach. We were 3 couples with 2 little kids and had plenty of space. It was a short drive to restaurants. We did day trips to Sanibel and Naples and even had time to visit the outlets. All were less than an hour away. Our hosts responded to questions in a timely manner. They made sure to have plenty of items available to use for our beach days. The wagon and tent were a plus since it was pretty hot.

Our stay here was wonderful! We brought our 2 daughters10&14) and there was plenty of space, beautiful pool and views of the canal. Sunsets were beautiful here! The host was very responsive with the entire process. One of the smoke detectors had a low battery and was beeping. I called and within an hour they were there to fix it. I highly recommend renting this home you won’t regret it! We would absolutely rent this house again.

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

We love this home so much we returned for a second year in a row. It's just perfect for our family. Some highlights: • The lanai with pool, spa, and water view of the canal is a lovely space. We ate all our meals out there and spent most of our time there. The spacious dock with tiki hut and more seating is great for hanging out, too, and offers easy access for kayaking the canal. • The home's layout features 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, giving everyone lots of space and privacy. The 4th bedroom features bunkbeds, a sweet little space for kids. Everything is in pristine condition. Also all one level, great if anyone has mobility issues. • Hosts Marco and Sandra were responsive, friendly, and nice to work with. • The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Publix & good restaurants are within a 10-minute drive. • You can get to Ft. Myer's beach in about 30 min, Pine Island in about 20 minutes, and Sanibel in about 45 minutes. We'd gladly come back!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time staying at Cypress Green! The home was beautiful, clean, and private. The pool was the highlight for our kids and was clean and in good repair. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The location was great with amenities nearby and easy access the I75. The living spaces were well finished and athletically pleasing while being neat and uncluttered. We enjoyed the privacy the property provided. The notes/instructions throughout the home provided by the owners were helpful. It was the perfect home base for our South Florida adventures and we hope to stay again in the future!
