An exceptional experience! This beach house exceeded our expectations. Its location is ideal. The space is spacious, bright, and decorated with a cozy style that made us feel at home. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the patio is perfect for relaxing at sunset. Our host was very friendly and attentive, providing us with helpful recommendations. We created unforgettable memories and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect seaside vacation! 🌊🏖️

Patrick and Laura were very kind for letting us check in early. We had a 12 hour ride so we were exhausted and it was relaxing to get into the pool. The pool area was clean, extremely comfortable with the ceiling fans. Everything was sparkling clean. There were many cooking utensils to help us cook for Father’s Day. I would rent this house again. The only problem we had was the air conditioner didn’t keep the house cool enough for us. The temperature in the house stayed between 74 to 76.we had a great vacation. This was probably the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed at! It was a great stay! The only challenge was the 3rd bedroom now has bunk beds so sleeping for adults presented a challenge but we used an air mattress. But just so others know that room is best suited for children. Beautiful area and so peaceful and quiet!!

My family had an excellent stay at this location. The neighborhood was and with a beautiful canal view.

We really enjoyed the pool with the waterfall fountain. The pool temp was perfect. We especially appreciated the child-safe gate separating the house from the pool. The little sunroom with door was great for noisy little early risers. There were plenty of towels provided for the bathrooms and pool/beach. The house was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was so nice to have beach chairs and sand toys. The house is in a great location: 1/2 mile walk to the beach, nice and quiet neighborhood, convenient to Whole Foods, ice cream shops. Melissa was very responsive and communicative, a super host!

Ricardo’s place in Cape Coral is amazing. You feel right at home. The house was so clean and smelled great upon arrival, especially the bathrooms. He even has a box fan in the master bedroom closet! The private screened in pool, grill, and the Sun loungers were the best part of the place. So relaxing and beautiful. We saw a burrowing owl on the top of the screen on our first night! The neighbors are very friendly too! I would recommend that you stay here. It’s amazing for a great deal too compared to others in the area. Very close to fort myers, sanibel island, and lovers key beach as well. There is also beach umbrellas and chairs in the garage which came in handy for the UV 11!! Along with sandcastle supplies as well! If you stay here i recommend you dine at the Mastello Ristorante and Steakhouse!! Only 10 minutes away with out of this world service and food. Great communication, easy check in

Stella was so friendly and she could teach a class on how to host an air bnb. She had drinks and snacks for us plus everything that you would need in the bathroom area..even nail polish remover. I know without a doubt we would book Stella's place again...thanks for a wonderful vacation! Tammy n Kevin

Absolutely loved staying in this private home! Everything was exactly as listed and even better than expected. I got engaged on our stay there and it was the perfect place to celebrate as a couple! A very private, cute, and comfortable home. The pool was awesome to have and even had blowup tubes included. Would definitely come back here!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

I have stayed in no fewer than 8 different units at PSR over the years and this was by far the most highly finished, nicest, most-well-outfitted! Will definitely stay again. Lauren has done a fabulous job and has really thought of everything!

We had such a great time staying on Marco Island. We really enjoyed the view of the bay and saw dolphins a few times. We used both pools and walked the neighborhood almost every day. Our favorite spots were the Shops at Olde Marco - Smith House for breakfast, Lee Be Fish - the grouper! Live music at the Boardroom Tavern. We also enjoyed a couple visits to the Snook Inn. We were in easy driving distance to both beach access points and other great restaurants. The condo was clean, comfortable and we really loved the balcony. It was great for our kid-free vacation and I would definitely recommend it!
