Monthly Rentals in São Paulo

The apartment is perfect for a few days, it has everything you might need. The location is good and so is the condominium. The only bad thing about being in a condominium was the lack of practicality in entering and leaving, as I had to wait for the doorman on the intercom and explain that I was staying there every time I left.

Staying in the house of Fabiana and D. Lygia was great. I felt at home, very well received, by both of them during my stay. It even makes you want to stay longer than expected.

We stayed in the apartment for a month and everything was great, the location is very good and everything is close, you can do things on foot, I really like this region of SP. The apartment is great, everything was clean and had everything we needed, just the kitchen is very small and lacks a countertop to cook and do things quietly. When we arrived everything was clean, organized, we were able to work during the week because it has a very good dining table, smart TV with everything you need too, I recommend Pablo and Sandra's apartment.

I stayed in the apartment again and again the experience was excellent. The host is extremely courteous and attentive. The property is impeccable, with new furniture and great care. The location is a great differential, in a one-block radius you find everything you need: restaurant, pharmacy, market, subway. Super practical and well located. Super recommend
