João was extremely helpful, my bus arrived super early and he did everything so that I could get in before the scheduled time and not wait for hours at the bus station. The apartment is beautiful, complete, airy, great books hahahaha and in an excellent location, close to everything, easy access to all places in the vicinity, an apartment that I would easily live in! I recommend it one hundred percent, it's really worth it, but my next trips to the city I'll definitely stay there again
