Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, über Waschtrockner, Geschirrspüler, Gasgrill bis zum Mixstab, Sauna..Steyrling liegt in einem ruhigen Tal und ist von Bergen umgeben. Zum Stausee 5 Autominuten. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt direkt unter dem Haus vorbei. Im Sommer, bei Niedrigwasser gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und Möglichkeiten sich zu erfrischen+ Wasserfall. Gasthaus und Dorfladen 5 min fußläufig erreichbar.

Children will surely enjoy the garden house with slide, swings and the sand box while parents will cook delicious BBQ.

Das ist ein atemberaubender Platz für Menschen die mal wirklich Ruhe und Natur wollen, weit weg von allem anderen. Wiese, Wald, Frischluft und Berge. Hier gibt es Rehe, Hühner, Katzen und Bienen. Das Appartment ist auf einem Bauernhof, alleine mitten auf einer großen Lichtung, den ich als Biohof mit Permakultur aufbaue. Es besteht aus einem riesigen Raum mit Holzboden, neuem Holzofen und Aussicht auf die Berge, sowie einem Badezimmer, und einer Küche.

Die Wildrose ist ein Ort für Ruhesuchende genauso wie für Aktivurlauber. Umgeben vom Natur- und Hochmoorgebiet Ödensee findest Du hier alles was Freude macht und wohltut in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Wander- und Badeparadies im Sommer und eine Wintermärchenwelt für Langläufer-, Tourengeher und Alpinskifahrer (Die Tauplitz, Der Loser). Die Wildrose - ein Rückzugsort und Ausgangspunkt, wo die Natur hautnah spürbar wird. Ganzjährig buchbar.
