Space Home – Central Station is a dorm room with capsules, which offer more privacy than usual Dorms, by beeing able to close the door to your capsule and enjoy a movie on your personal TV. And more, the Space is located near the main train station (7-minute walk). Also a tram stops nearby and takes you to Karlsplatz/Vienna State Opera (1st dist) in about 10 minutes. The area also offers a wide variety of culinary options such as: the Naschmarkt (Karlsplatz), Flatschers , Pizzaria Tanti Saluti

On foot you can quickly reach the culinary highlight at Rochusmarkt and enjoy the varied cuisines of various restaurants or buy fresh fruit and vegetables at the market. The center of the city (1st district) can be reached by public bus (bus stop directly in front of the SPACE) within 10 minutes and the next subway is only a 5 min walk away

Small lockable private room with TV, as well as private bathroom with toilet and shower for 1 person. The kitchen with coffee machine, kettle and fridge as well as the outdoor area with terrace, chill lounge and large pool can also be used. A washing machine is also available in the house for a fee. We offer a free parking lot right in front of the house. The room is centrally located in Schalchen. Mattighofen, the city of KTM and the KTM Motohall are about 5 minutes away.

This room does not have its own bathroom, but there is a shower and toilet directly adjacent to the room that is available for everyone to use. The local tax and the fee for the final cleaning are already included in the price.
