This walkout basement is like a fully furnished apartment; totally independent, nothing is shared with our guests. Has it's own (private): large furnished kitchen, dining table, fridge, TV(Netflix, Prime, HULU, Disney+, ESPN2..) bathroom, outdoor fire place, washer&dryer, 2 queen (one of which is sofa bed) and 1 twin beds. It is located in a peaceful newly built neighborhood with in couple of miles to Southland mall, recreation center and close to Airport. Has its own private access and gate.

Beautifully furnished with most comfortable beds you will ever experience. Sleeps 8-10 with 2 king beds, 2 fulls and 1 queen! Tons of entertaining space, smart TV’s and plenty of seating for larger gatherings or for those traveling with multiple families. The backyard is peaceful and has patio furniture and grill.
