Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

I cannot say enough positives about our experience renting this beautiful cabin! My husband and I travelled to the area for a quiet get away and this did not disappoint. The cabin was incredibly clean and provided anything and everything you needed. Kay and Tom were so polite and a joy to chat with. The cherry on top was Simon, the resident cat, who stopped by to visit and the owners 3 pups. We will certainly be back!

We had such a great time at this cabin! It was super clean, cozy, and the views were absolutely stunning. Evenings by the fire pit making s’mores were a highlight, and having a brewery just down the street was a fun bonus. The whole place had a peaceful vibe and was the perfect spot to relax. Would definitely stay here again!

So peaceful and lovely, a wonderful getaway from city life! Sitting by the pond in the evening listening to the frogs call and awakening to birdsong was healing to the soul. I love that guests can roam freely through the orchard seeing the blooms and fruit growing. John and Shannon were wonderful hosts, full of good suggestions of things to do locally. Thank you so much! I will definitely be returning!

A little gem of a house in a little gem of a town Norman Rockwell meets Gilmore Girls perfect little town. Almost like a movie. Great house. Bigger then it looks. Everything was absolutely fine. Quiet. Clean. Well appointed. Aurora is fantastic. Loved it.

Aurora on the Lake Midcentury Cabin

Our group of 6 absolutely loved staying at Felicity’s place to attend a wedding at the Inn of Aurora. It was awesome to be able to walk into the beautiful town to the restaurants and the wedding. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the front deck to relax and catch up- what a lovely setting. Felicity was an excellent communicator- she provided clear instructions on how to find the house, where to park and how to access the key- all very helpful. She checked in with me the day of check in and was always able to quickly answer any question we had. We loved her electric home- so many fun touches!! We so enjoyed her music collection on the turntable and the old piano. Great place to stay if you are visiting the beautiful town of Aurora!

Really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room inside and we enjoyed the large backyard. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils which was appreciated given the fact that many meals were prepared there. Proximity to town made the short walk enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone.
