Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Auckland

We enjoyed Richards house for a week while spending time in Whangarparoa . It was perfect for us and affordable. We made fresh herb salads from the garden and loved the fresh honeycomb on vogel's toast in the morning. Fresh eggs and strawberries were a great bonus- Loved having all the doors open on a sunny day - a great beachy zen spot. Highly recommended . It's not 5 star swank... however it is down to earth comfortable and a much loved property with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable too.

Wow, absolutely stunning views! Mark’s place was very spacious and lots of natural light. We only stayed a night, but wished we could have stayed for the whole weekend! It’s a small stroll to the sea and a little shop that sells some delicious toasties.

The house is everything you would wish for in a holiday -let. Tranquil surroundings, great view across the water from the living room, comprehensively equipped kitchen , and all the accessories you would expect in a comfortable home. You do run into what seems to be Auckland’s little publicised gridlock on the motorways ( at least where I come from) if you want to drive into the city centre or back , during the morning or evening rush hours respectively, but you should be able to work around that on a holiday. I would recommend the property without reservation.

This has to be one of the best places we have stayed. Beautiful, warm, welcoming home. Very clear instructions of what’s required. Very hospitable host, checking in and making sure we were ok. Thank you very much we loved our stay.

Awesome place, not often you find a home with a backyard like this one. My son loved running around, and had a great time in the spa. I appreciated the covered outdoor area, well suited for dining. The large living area was great for wheb my brother and his kids came by for dinner. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay here for 4 nights when visiting for work from Sydney. Likely to visit the area again and would book this place without hesitation. Very comfortable and charismatic home. Plenty of space, a lovely outdoor courtyard, quiet and the hosts checked that we were settled and comfortable before leaving us to enjoy our stay, which was lovely. Thank you Holly and Daniel. We will quite possibly be in touch again at a later date ☺️

Paula was a great host and the place had everything we could imagine in an AirBnb. Paula's touch of Cheese platter was amazing and definitely enjoyable for whole family as we arrived at midnight. Paula also graciously offered do some basic shopping for us to keep in the kitchen if we needed to eat when we arrived late. Thank you Paula for hosting us

My family and I wished we could stay longer at Amy’s place. We felt right at home the moment we entered the home. The home was a beautiful space and amenities were well thought out, some were unexpected such as heated bathroom floors. Easily one of the best places to stay. We appreciate Amy’s hospitality as she welcomed us personally.

A really nice apartment on two levels. Well laid out and absolutely everything you need included. Beds super comfy and cozy, and heating in the rooms plus heated towel rails was most welcome at shower time. Lovely afternoon light in the living area. Will be looking to rent this unit again, we loved it.

A beautiful view from every room and a heated pool was great in winter! I had a birthday party here and all my guests enjoyed their stay.

We had such a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice and it is set in peaceful leafy surrounds. It was spotless, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Raes home was stunning and so peaceful - perfect spot to relax and unwind between wedding festivities. It had everything we needed, even local produce to enjoy. Rae was really friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Jo’s place. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Jo was an amazing host—super accommodating and always quick to communicate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Auckland. Highly recommend!

Great place, and although the interior design had obviously been very artistically thought out and put together, we felt that it fell a little short on practicality. Worktops both in the kitchen and bathroom were stone tiles which, given time, would most likely give the hosts problems with cleaning. Bathroom door kept creeping open - needs a little hook or something similar. Bed was very comfy, and although the chairs were reasonably comfortable, would have preferred a sofa or couch - but it is clear in the listing that there wasn't one. Shower was great! We also went in the 'shoulder season' so unfortunately, the pool, whilst beautiful and immaculately clean, was far too cold for our old bones! But don't let me put you off - the hosts are very lovely people and their little dog is a darling! Nice place to stay, all in all.

The home was absolutely perfect. The setting was beautiful and the house itself was clean and well kept (not to mention, the beautiful interior decor). The hosts were amazing in their communication, accomodating and exercised flexibility to specific requests of mine, which I hugely appreciated. I had all the information I needed upon checking in and felt very comfortable reaching out with any questions I had on my stay. I had a rather large group stay at the place so the cottage next to the main home was a winner, allowing for space and privacy amongst a big group. The spa pool and plunge pool was a treat with a stunning view and lots of grass area outside for the kids and pets to run around and play. I would highlight recommend this home to anyone looking for somewhere clean, beautiful location with ocean views and friendly and accomodating hosts. Thanks again Wayne and Lesley for opening up your beautiful home to us. Would love to stay again at some point.

Spent our last 3 nights in Auckland at Grants place and it was the cherry on top! Beautiful place with everything you'd want to relax, no need to go out at all once you're here. Spa and Pool were exactly what we needed to help unwind on our last few nights before our flight back home. The home itself is beautiful with all amenities you could think of, air fryer, bbq, dish washers etc.. had everything we needed and more. cooked up a storm on the bbq and even did some baking! Plenty of space for a large group with the option of an additional apartment (which we didn't need) , the beds were super comfortable with all the pillows you could ask for and then some lol. Grant was super helpful and friendly, from the time we booked, checked in and checked out he was always quick to respond and checked in regularly to see how things were and if we needed anything. 10/10 will definitely be back next time we're in Auckland!

The accommodations are prepared with careful consideration for guests. It is located in a location with a lot to enjoy on foot.

Beutiful and spotless cottage in a serene surrounding. we loved our stay!! This place has everything you need for a restful stay and is super close to Falls. we alos loved saying Hi to the lambs, cows and chicken. definitely recommande it to others☺️

Amazing Air BnB that was 10/10! Henry's place is super cool, amazing art, furniture and style... this is one of the best spots I've stayed in Auckland and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay. Host was so welcoming, he left cold beers and drinks in the fridge along with fresh bread, eggs and other food to ensure I was well looked after on arrival. Super helpful and went over and above to ensure it was a great stay. Easy self check in, great WIFI, the place has everything you need and was extremely clean and tidy. The home is in the best location, with local cafe's, food stores, parks and beach all within 5-10mins walk. Thanks Henry!!

A gem of a place. I was visiting family and working remotely. This place had plenty of space, well laid out, with everything you need including a great kitchen and breakfast bar, seperate dining/work area and a tucked away lounge. The bedroom has a super comfortable bed and gorgeous linen- felt luxurious. Some lovely touches throughout .

I stayed here for 3 weeks with my little dog during some house renovations and the place was perfect! It’s in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and super close to shops and the beach, perfect for waking the dog. The place is beautifully done and very cosy and warm. There are a few building projects right now in the street, but it did not disturb us at all. Steph was a great host. I can highly recommend this place for anyone needing accommodation in Auckland (especially Northshore!).

We had a great stay ! Perfect place for us who live up north but needed somewhere close to Northcote point/birkenhead for the night. Immaculately presented really comfortable so central, had everything we needed & Joshua & Stephanie were great hosts. Would definitely stay again. Thanks ☺️
