Once in the cottage looking out to sea, you’ll feel miles from the city yet downtown is just a 10 minute drive away. Located right above a semi-private beach you can enjoy the view from your deck, or simply step down to the sand.

Meet us at the Treehouse by the sea, only 300 metres from Maraetai Beach, which means meeting place by the sea. This gem is a special place. Have coffee with the kereru, wake up to the tuis, swim in the turquoise waters of the bay and enjoy the tranquil life of Maraetai. This sleepout is located on our property only a short walk to the beach; you will enjoy peace, the sounds of the creek running below and the visiting bird life.
