Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Aubing-Lochhausen-Langwied

The stay was wonderful and gave a great feel to what it would be like living in a residential part of Munich. The market and other local shops are right behind the Airbnb. It is only a 10 min walk to a tram that can get you to the city center near the main station. Would recommend to all.

Christy does everything to welcome her guests. There were drinks, sweets, also oil, vinegar, tea, coffee. I was very happy to find an extra heater because it was still cold. The accommodation is well located, parks nearby, well served by public transport, supermarkets nearby. Thanks for every. Recommended.

We endorse all the previous good reviews: clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet. Someone mentioned the light but there are big curtains which keep it suitably dark. We are in our late seventies but had no accessibility problems: the buses from outside are frequent and Munich's transport is well -integrated so you can get anywhere easily. Manuela is wonderful.

It was so comfortable and peaceful. She had a very beautiful space for us, and made sure we always have the things we needed. She even took us on a little drive and showed us around the area! It was so lovely!

We had a great time in an apartment that was cozy and well-equipped. Good bed. Nearby transportation. Check-in with the lockbox was easy and flexible. We missed the microwave a bit, but we did well without it because there were more frying pans. It was nice to have salt, sugar, oil, spices, etc. ready in the apartment. The apartment does not have air conditioning, so we wondered if it was very hot in the heat. Now, in the spring, there was no problem with it. Definitely one of the best Airbnb homes we've been in. The accommodation is highly recommended, the hosts Irina and Dominik were very friendly, nice and courteous! The city can be reached quickly and easily and even if you don't want to go to the city, the accommodation has everything you need to have relaxation or fun on site.

The location was perfect for us – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were fantastic – very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

I had a wonderful time at Sarah's place! The place was just as beautiful as in the pictures – very clean, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need. You can tell right away that Sarah goes to great lengths to make her guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The communication was friendly, quick and easy. The location was also great – very quiet, but still very well connected. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.

It's been an excellent experience. Stefan's house is amazing, very big spacious apartment with absolutely everything that you might need. Stafan is very nice person, helped us in everything. The location is perfect, 3 minutes away from the S-bahn station, and 15-20 minutes away from every major attraction in the city. Gauting is lovely place, very quite and peaceful! I give my best recommendations to Stefan and his house. 😊😊

The fact that we quickly booked our 2nd stay after we got home from our 1st stay, says it all. Within that short time, Frank has made a few small upgrades that further added to the cozy, homey feeling. He provided quick responses ro our requests and offered local dining auggestions. We stayed longer this time and used the apt as our home base to explore Munich and the neighboring towns. In addition to Legoland, there are many quaint, off the beaten path attractions within driving diatance for our son. The electric car charging station practically at the doorstep was a lifesaver. At the end of the trip, our son asked when we could come back again. Now that the secret is out on this hidden gem, I hope there will be availability for us on our next visit!

The best premium budget AirBnB: this is the best apartment near Munich and the surrounding area for a fair budget. Perfect choice for two people who have a car. (By car 35 min/by public transport 1h 15 min to Munich) It is really a fair deal, which is perfect for all young flexible people for longer but in my case also shorter trips. I thank you in advance for everything and it is clearly not my last time here 😉

Our host was extremely kind and caring. The area where the house is located is a place with lush nature. A magnificent accommodation for those traveling with their vehicle. The house was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. I would definitely recommend it for those who seek peace.
