Communication with Jane was very good, she immediately answered and personally attended us in the delivery of keys,the apartment is perfect,spacious, clean,with all the utensils you need, it was not my case but there was even a high chair if you go with babies,and bathtub. It was just 3 minutes from the supermarket and 5 steps from the beach. The area is very quiet (maybe too much) but you are close to Cabo de Palos and La Manga by car. In gral a very well-equipped house

Beautiful, large and luxurious apartment with 2 bedrooms in the center of Murcia. Really worth it. Please take into account parking at some distance (with a fee).

Hi, I stayed here for 8 nights with my partner and our 1 year old baby. The apartment was great! It was super clean on arrival with everything we needed at hand. We paid for extra baby equipment which was ready when we arrived - a baby travel cot , high chair + baby bath which made our lives a lot easier having them there. location is great - the beach is right on your doorstep with a lot of restaurants+ cafes in the area + beautiful walks along the beach front promenade. The apartment was right above a restaurant so at night it was a little noisy but nothing too bad, our baby still slept okay. Overall we really enjoyed our stay + host was super quick to respond if we had any questions.

The house is ideal if you go with little ones, it has a very cool terrace and is a bass then to play it is very good, super close to both Mar minor beach and sea major and very well located with respect to restaurants and services in general.

We really enjoyed our time at here. The apartment had everything required, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and the immediate area is very peaceful. Leire is always available if needed. Thank you for a great stay!

I'm sorry I could only stay one night. Cabo de Palos is already a dream place. The apartment was SPECTACULAR, the common areas, unbeatable. Luis responded quickly and with simple instructions. The receptionist and the cleaners, super loving. And the apartment, well, without words; more than expected. We will definitely return and (I hope) for a long time to come. We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that no mosquitoes entered even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not told that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a shame, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment to spend a quiet and comfortable vacation.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Spectacular chalet that makes you feel that you belong to another economic level. You feel at home and Juan answers any questions at all times. The proximity of the tram makes the fact of being outside Murcia not a problem. It is equipped with everything you need and more. To repeat without a doubt.

Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

We were delighted to be hosted by Bettina and Wolfgang. Their home was very well kept, well equipped and as the photographs show. We needed a bolthole for the week for my husband to play golf and for me to unwind. The home met both our needs. The setting was not quite right for us personally, but that is not a reflection on the property itself. The area is very built up and so if you are looking for something with a little more privacy and a view then you may wish to consider other locations. This is the only slight negative we found. For others this will be the perfect location! Good amenities are available locally with an excellent Aldi 1 mile away. Communication was excellent throughout.

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and did not bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want it. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce. She had a good knowledge of cheese and more. We will return and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

The apartment is very flirtatious and clean. It has all the details and equipment to make your stay comfortable. It is well located near the coves and the beach. The best Miguel the host. Friendly, attentive and available at all times if we needed anything, with very fluid and pleasant communication. Details such as leaving coffee capsules, milk, sweets and a bottle of water are very much appreciated. Not all places do it.

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

The apartment met all our needs and those provided by the ad. Araceli was charming, kind and attentive, and even had the thoughtfulness to save us a place on the same street to park. 100% recommended.

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.
