Holiday rentals with breakfast in Assisi

We had a 3 night's stay at Angela's place. We felt like home as soon as we arrived. It really is in a perfekt spot, out of the bedroom window a beautifull view but also very close to the city center. The hosts provied some welcome gifts and also some food for your first night there wich is very convenient. To get too the AirBnb can be quiet tricky but in my opinion it is not. Angela gave us clear instructions where to go and how to find and answerd quickly on our messages. We had a wonderfull stay there and would definitly recommend you Angela as an host for you stay in Perugia.

We had a lovely stay at the accomodation. We were met on arrival by Luigi who was very friendly and showed us around the property and told us about the local area. The house is well equipped with all the essentials and communication with the hosts was easy and accessible. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

The pictures didn’t do this accommodation justice. It was amazing! Noemi was very communicative in messaging. We wish we had more time in this place… it was perfect!

Vanaf de aankomst tot vertrek hebben we ons prima vermaakt. Giuliana stond altijd voor ons klaar. De afstand naar de mooie stad was voor ons beloopbaar. Ongeveer 20 minuten .Leuke musea en restaurants. Bedankt voor een fijn verblijf. Rob.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in Umbria, l' appartamento perfetto a misura per due persone è fornito davvero di tutto (è la prima volta che in bagno troviamo anche gli spazzolini!!!)... letto comodissimo con due cuscini,TV con Sky e Netflix...il giardino in totale sicurezza è un must per chi come noi viaggia con coppia di quattro zampe medio taglia al seguito (a proposito a disposizione anche ciotole cuscino e materassino se si dovessero dimenticare!)... L' esperienza con Michela è stata molto positiva, perché attenta , pronta e premurosa... non possiamo che consigliare!!!

La casa è molto accogliente e ampia. Si trova al centro dell'Umbria e consente di raggiungere in un massimo di un'ora quasi tutte le località della regione. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata, il letto è comodo, la zona è silenziosissima. Il doppio bagno (uno di servizio) è molto funzionale. Bello anche il giardino (con barbecue) anche se noi non ne abbiamo fruito. Una bella terrazza può essere sfruttata per mangiare all'aperto in estate. Ottimo anche il parcheggio. Andrea è stato sempre molto gentile e ha sempre risposto ai messaggi tempestivamente.

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

This place is so beautiful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The pool area with its views over the vineyards is amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious. The hosts Elisa and Andrea are doing everything to make sure the guests are feeling welcome. They gave us plenty of recommendations, regularly checked in with us and were very easy to get in touch with. We will definitely be back!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

Wonderful apartment to stay at, location is perfect as it is close to the historic center but removed enough that it’s quiet. Easy to get to, we came via train and getting from the station with the minimetro to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment itself is stunning, very roomy and the views are incredible. Everything looked just like the description. Mauro was very kind and attentive and helped with bags up the stairs. The snack bar and bottle of prosecco was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Perugia.

Ottimo soggiorno in questo appartamento a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi dal centro. Silvia host molto simpatica e cordiale prova subito a metterti a tuo agio ed é molto disponibile nel fornirti aiuto se ti manca qualcosa in casa. Carino il giardinetto suo retro che può essere usato liberamente; ottimo il parcheggio incluso nella prenotazione esattamente di fronte alla struttura. Consigliato

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here, the breakfast is delicious, and the host Renata is very friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations. The room was very clean too. I recommend to use the pool and the free bike rentals at this property which we unfortunately couldn't due to running out of time (visited so many cities/places around this area and always came back late at night) which I regret now. Tip: on Google Maps, the address will take you to the correct street but the airbnb home is on your left side and not the right side as Google Maps says (after you turn left into the alley of the final destination pin). Drive down a bit further and there should be a gate on your left side to enter the parking area.

Spello is a beautiful place to stay, with lots of great food options and Walter's unit is in a great position to enjoy everything Spello has to offer. The recommendations within Walter's guide are great to follow as well. We ate at the majority of restaurants recommended and enjoyed all of them. Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio are great day trips as well. Walter and Sonora are great communicators and were quick to respond when we needed anything. Would stay here again. The unit we stayed in had plenty of space and was everything we needed for a week at Spello.

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en que hemos estado. El edificio en un antiguo torreón medieval con jardín con vistas al lago, totalmente reformado y muy cómodo en el interior. La habitación bonita y muy limpia, todo perfecto y muy profesional. Lo mejor de todo, el trato de Mónica, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto, nos recogió en la estación, nos dio recomendaciones sobre el pueblo y a la salida nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro tren. Los desayunos fantásticos, se adaptó a mis necesidades de comida sin gluten. Muchas gracias por todo, si volvemos a la zona nos alojaremos aquí otra vez sin duda!

Benedetta and her husband were truly wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to visit them again on our next trip!

I had a 5-star experience all around with this Airbnb. If you book a different place, you will be missing out on one of the best experiences possible in Perugia. Location: perfect - quiet street in the old town center. Host: so kind, accommodating, open to conversation, helpful, and actively involved in making your stay memorable. We had the most amazing stay here. The property and view is breathtaking. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and make you feel like you're staying at a hotel (but with a more home like comfort). Breakfasts are delicious, and they even give you an option to pick what you want to eat when you arrive. Coffee options are excellent! Better than 10/10! Would come back in a heartbeat.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo B&B per due notti. Il posto è magnifico con una vista spettacolare su Perugia e le colline circostanti. Lamberto e Francesca sono gentilissimi e molto simpatici, ci hanno deliziati con una colazione ricca e curata, con una vista pazzesca. La casa è magnifica e la nostra camera era pulitissima e molto carina. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno e se ritorneremo in zona pernotteremo di nuovo qui. Un grazie di cuore a Lamberto e Francesca per averci ospitati nella loro casa, non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
