Overall the experience was great. It was two of us girls travelling but we felt very comfortable and safe. The staff gave us space throughout and only checked in if anything was required. Very respectful and friendly people. Would recommend to others as well.

We had such a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful — she gave us great recommendations on places to visit and things to do, and was always available whenever we needed anything. The home was perfect for our family — I stayed with my husband, our 5-year-old daughter, and my parents, and we all felt so comfortable and welcomed. The highlight was definitely the pool, which our daughter absolutely loved! Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. It was a truly lovely experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Easy location (central too!) Easy flexible check in. The COOLEST welcome- literally! The lights and AC had been turned on already to welcome us - what more could one ask for coming in from the sweltering heat of May! The place was love at first sight! Absolutely true to the pictures, in fact even better in person. Spotless. Tasteful decor, every piece seemed painstakingly handpicked. The room was super cozy. The washing machine and dryer were a big boon. The green and happy balcony one wouldn’t want to leave! The gym and pool upstairs were simply perfect to cool off in the evenings. Every little detail was taken care of and any help required was just a quick phone call away. Our 4 days there felt absolutely at home. And the temptation to extend the stay was real!!! I had a great stay at Nitin's place in Arpora! The location was convenient and peaceful perfect for a relaxing Goan getaway. The space was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nitin was an excellent host, always responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable spot in North Goa. Best Place u will find , its even better then the pictures …. Very picturesque and aesthetically designed home Highly recommended! Only cons is that its little remote i.e only attraction around is parra road and u can do nothing much by strolling (lesser food options around all 2-3kms away) Minus this things its the best and go ahead booking it without any second thoughts !

The place was well maintained and pretty clean. It wasn’t far from the new airport so even though we arrived to Goa at 10:30 we were able to be in bed by 11:30. There are tons of great places to eat around the house. We went to fat fish which has awesome food and is just a 20 minutes by car. Having a washing machine was a big plus point as we were able to wash our clothes after our kayaking adventure. Over all I’ll give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating and would definitely visit again!

Tanay was extremely helpful with clear instructions to the place. He even accomodated for our chaotic schedule by allowing a late check-in and check-out. He was very responsive to our messages as well. The place is welcoming and well kept. We had a very comfortable stay.

Location was amazing. We can see the sea from balcony, terrace was not clean, but balcony was good. Small set up of kitchen which was good. 5 stars for the View from the room.

The place was as described in the pictures and detailed description. Our caretakers Rubel was very prompt with the requests or issues. Wi-Fi was giving issues in the initial one day due to heavy rainfall and stormy weather but Rubel sorted that out with another connection. Overall hygiene and cleaniness was amazing. House amenities are all well maintained. The balcony view was great and really comfortable to sit especially on the oval swing.

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.
