Very good stay in this accommodation where nothing is missing. Claude is an excellent host, very attentive, everything is perfect.

We had a wonderful time at this fantastic place! The view is simply fantastic and the location is perfect - quiet and surrounded by nature, but still close to the city. Laetitia and Clement are great hosts. From the first moment, we felt welcome as if we were with friends or even family - at the same time, our privacy was always respected. The two have really struck this balance perfectly. As a young family with a baby, we couldn't have wished for a better place for our break. We felt completely comfortable and in good hands. Thank you very much for everything – we will be happy to come back!

- Overall: Very satisfied with the stay. - Space: There were two of us and we had more than enough space. There is enough space for a couple and children, but probably not enough for 2 couples. The "main" bed on the upper floor is rather narrow. - Location: Very quiet location, secluded on the slope, but neighbors who you can sometimes hear in the garden during the day. In the evening, you can hear frogs croaking. Approximately 20 minutes by car to Nice and 5 minutes to the village of Tourette-Levens, where there is a Spar, a bakery and 3-4 restaurants. Approximately 30 minutes by car to Monaco. Parking available. - Cleanliness: Everything is very clean. Enough towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. available. - Hostess: Very friendly and passionate. Even proactively bought croissants and brought them by on the first morning. Judith ensures maximum privacy for guests. - Pool: Large pool, filled with salt water (little salt), enough space for 4-5 people. - Minus points: outdoor shower by the pool and the WLAN have

Nice little house over two floors. One small and one large terrace with dining table and a gas-free one. The kitchen is practical and has all amenities. Enough cleaning supplies on hand and also some herbals, oil, tea and coffee already. Plenty of towels and a nice practical bathroom. Located in a quiet residential area. Communication with Anthony was good and we were even able to check in a little earlier than the normal check-in time.

Véronique and her husband welcomed us very warmly and helped us uncomplicatedly when needed. They gave us valuable tips for exploring the city and its surroundings. We felt very comfortable. Thank you and best regards, Beatrice and Burkhard

Charming house, very nice terrace, very nice view, starting point for many outdoor or cultural activities.

Had a very nice stay here. Very peaceful and the view of the water in the yard was a real highlight. It's mentioned in other reviews, but I think it's worth reiterating that there are a *lot* of stairs from the train/bus station and beach to get up to the AirBnB. So I would recommend doing additional diligence if anyone has any mobility or health issues.

Frederic's villa is one of the best experiences we had on Airbnb. The location is very quiet and we enjoyed the awesome view on Nice. The house is in great condition, and a parking place is very handy given the parking situation in the city. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

We felt very comfortable in Sonia's apartment. Sonia personally welcomed us and gave us tips for Vence. The view from the windows and balcony to the mountains is simply magnificent. The balcony is wonderful, room for a delicious meal. The apartment is within walking distance of everything that is needed, also to the bus station, from where you can easily reach Grasse, Antibes, Nice,... We hadn't rented a car and didn't miss anything. Vence is wonderful for a vacation in Provence. Thank you Sonia, for staying in your cozy apartment.

We had the best time staying right in the heart of St. Paul de Vence! The home was clean and spacious and we really appreciated the washing machine for laundry and the air conditioning since it was extremely hot the day we were there. Thank you Amandine for such a wonderful stay!

It was perfect! Close to everything but quiet. The garden area was a treat as well! Looks just like the photos and is stocked with everything you could need. We would definitely rent again the next time we’re in Nice.

Beautiful apartment with eclectic decor. Incredibly great balcony overlooking the forest and sea. Unique quiet and secluded location, with short walking distance to the old town of Vence. I would definitely recommend the place as a starting point for a holiday in Provence! Fabienne is quick and good at communicating🌟

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, very clean and spacious. The balcony was nice and gave us a chance to sit outside, even with the facade construction. They have an umbrella and mats for the beach that you can take which seemed really nice and convenient if staying more than one night. A few downsides are they charged an extra $35 per person- I think for a one night stay this is pretty steep for “electricity, water, and amenities”. Also, the hot water ran out midway through a second shower. Finally, I know it’s Airbnb and not someone’s full time job but a 4 hour window to check in and having to coordinate a specific time to meet the host was inconvenient. We ended up paying about $20 to store our bags at the train and had to make sure we got back at a specific time after a day out to meet to check in. Im sure it would have been more fine if we stayed multiple days but for one day, it was a lot to set up. The space itself is beautiful, the AC worked well and the bed was comfy.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Lovely apartment and location to make a home base while exploring Nice and Côte d’Azur. Hosts were great, amazing restaurant recommendations. Would love to return.

It is located next to the Saint Giles Pilgrimage Cathedral, the second pilgrimage site of Santiago, starting in Arles. It is a good place where the villagers greet each other and actively help with difficulties. The priest at the church was also a nice person. I recommend it.

Very nice apartment with a magnificent view. Super nice and perfectly equipped apartment. Everything available including care products. TOP
