House holiday rentals in Aspremont

I booked to throw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The view is breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. It is with great pleasure that we will return to spend a few days in this superb house as soon as we have the opportunity

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

La Turbie is a stunning location perched high in the hills, offering incredible views. That said, the roads leading up are quite winding and steep, so it's best suited for travelers who are comfortable driving in mountain terrain. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained—Brigette does a great job keeping things tidy. One thing to note is that there’s no air conditioning; however, a fan is available upon request, which helped. The hosts were helpful and provided excellent local recommendations. The town of La Turbie is about a 10-minute walk away and offers charming restaurants and amenities. It’s also just a short (though twisty) drive to both Nice and Monaco, making the location very convenient for exploring the area.

It's not just an impersonal AirBnB as we are used to seeing, this is a real cottage with a wonderful host of dynamism and kindness. I had lost the habit of it lately, and I found it sincerely refreshing to be able to enjoy these exchanges with Sylviane and her husband, which are wells of anecdotes and good advice! And for the curious, the museum is worth a visit for its variety, its singularity, and the stories it tells. Beyond that, there is nothing to complain about the setting, the view and the accessibility, the accommodation is very pleasant, furnished with great taste and offering a surface and volume well above average. And the outdoor part with its barbecue and terrace will allow you to make the most of the sun of Provence. My only regret: having only stayed one weekend. I can't wait to come back for a longer stay!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

Location, location, location…the most beautiful view of the village! Celine’s place is picturesque and you immediately feel relaxed, like going back home. Would definitely recommend!

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Our stay went very well. The accommodation is very warm and is located in a soothing setting where you can hear birds during the day and frogs at night. On two floors, the place was clean, well-equipped, in line with the photos, and with a decor filled with stories! Serge was very responsive by message despite the fact that we couldn't meet because of our arrival time. And we found a beautiful water point with turquoise water 20 mins away by car, then 30 mins walk.

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We had an amazing stay! My husband and I traveled with our two small kids (3.5 years old and almost 2) and the apartment was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody and space in the open kitchen/living/dining room to not feel cramped at all. The terrace balcony was a lovely feature too. The location is so easily walkable to everything, but off on a quiet side street. Aurelie was very responsive to any messages and incredibly helpful, offering her own suggestions and she even brought a small gift for each of our children that they loved. Highly recommend staying here!

My girlfriend and I really like staying here. The town was so quiet and peaceful and felt like I was in a storybook. We loved the scenic views and the place was spotless. It really made us feel like we were in a movie.

This place is a quiet oasis on a hill just above the city of Nice. The rooms are nicely furnished with loving attention to the details. The garden/park is huge and our kids loved the possibility to run around, sit on the swing, play boule, etc. The access road is a little narrow but the view and the location are worth it! Estelle was always approachable and has provided a list of helpful information / recommendations. Check-in / check-out was super easy. We highly recommend this place!
