One of the best places I’ve stayed at. You get a cozy comfy modern three-story house with a big garden in a nice safe neighborhood. Oksana and her family have been so lovely. It was a privilege to interact with them Good Wi-Fi and “A1” cell signal. There is regular bus service to and from Varna every day except Sundays. An ethnic store called “Sokoni” delivers good quality Indian groceries all over Bulgaria including Grozdyovo. The host family did so much to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We communicated OK through translation even though they don’t know English and I don’t know Bulgarian or Russian. Without me asking, they even bought a very nice new vacuum cleaner when I mentioned I was having problems using the old one. In fact I was using it wrong. I felt guilty about it, though the new one was nicer. Of course I recommended this.

We had a wonderful and lazy time here.We are an elderly couple, aged 60. We came for nature, silence and privecy and this is exactly what we have found. Everything is as discribed, maybe even better looking as you get here. As we knew before what to expect (carefully reading the description ), we took everything we needed with us : very few things to wear (there are no wardrobes ; maybe no one in the house ever felt this need ) and food for the whole stay. There are two shops with basic food products (some vegetables, groceries, beer, icecream,…) and small hotels with restaurants, but we felt good just being alone. The view from the garden is wonderful, the pool is very refreshing on hot summer days. Very quiet neighbors and nice and helpful hosts. We felt like visiting some friends who lended us their home for one week, everything we needed was left for us to feel good. As allways, we tried to leave everything as we found it. Since there are enough beds in 3 rooms of the house, each room having its own bath, I assume that the place is also suitable for larger families or/and friends. Parking the car was a bit challanging. You can choose to leave your car on the street in front the gate or you can drive in reverse on a narrow path (2,4 m) and 40 m long , on one side of the house. A very nice and unique place, usually you could find either low-maintenance properties or plastic style luxury. This place is surprising they took the authentic atmosphere to the limit. Our young children enjoyed the variety of instruments, barrels, and other antiques, we liked the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. But you have to take into consideration that it is a Bulgarian village, nobody speaks English and nothing is written in English, you have to have a car to get there.

owner was very king, we had some minor problems but norhing to say bad. Very good place, not far from sunny beach.
