Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Shawn’s place was great! Very centrally located, 5 minutes to pretty much everything! The host was so quick to respond when we needed extra beach chairs. Also brought us some boogie boards! We were here celebrating a bachelorette party so did a lot of eating out but made a big breakfast for the group one morning and had everything we needed. Hot tub is a great treat! The downstairs has fairly low ceilings so if you’re traveling with a group make sure any tall people get the upstairs rooms, but the basement shower was amazing! Would absolutely stay here again :)

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

The house was the perfect place for a baby shower/Sip and See event! The owners put so much love into every aspect of the home and thought of every need. Plenty of kitchen items for entertaining. Great furniture and comfortable beds. It was cozy, comfortable, charming and very spacious. The bathrooms were beautiful. We loved the wallpaper and wall colors throughout the house. The new patio is great! Plenty of room for relaxation and activities. Even though the home is on a main road, it doesn’t feel like it is. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

Amazing stay!! Great house, was a group of 9 and perfect size that had space for everyone comfortably and not too spread out. Really nice and clean. Bryan was responsive, helpful, and friendly. Close and easy walk to the beach, really stunning

Brooke's place was a great option for me and several friends. The unit was very well appointed and had everything that you could need for a long week at the beach. 3 bathrooms were definitely helpful as well as the long driveway which accommodated 5 vehicles. Parking in Asbury can be tricky so this was clutch. The walks to the beach and to downtown were definitely doable but not exactly close, especially when carrying beach stuff. Note that there is only one TV in the house, if that's important to you. One afternoon/evening, there was a musician playing on a nearby porch and it was very nice to sit on the porch of our unit & listen. Interacting with Brooke was very pleasant, she was very responsive about the unit itself and gave helpful suggestions about the area. There were a few minor issues with the house that Brooke resolved very quickly.

As advertised; short drive to several beaches, a bit long to walk with chairs/etc but walkable without equipment. Short walk to Main St with plenty of stores/restos/etc. Did not cook while there. Ideal for family of four.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

Would stay here again. Private. Clean. Matched description. Appreciated that there was an air fryer.

We both really enjoyed staying here! Allie was an excellent host , communicated w us and was accompanying. Very clean! Comfortable and homey space. Liked how the bedroom is upstairs and separate from the living room/kitchen. My girlfriend and I attended a concert at the stony pony. Place is in an excellent location, blocks from downtown Asbury and the beach. Went to Brandos for dinner, loved the restaurant and walked there, only a few blocks. Place was exactly as described. Very clean and perfect space for us. Kitchen was fully stocked w everything you could ever need. I was able to find parking spaces directly outside. We would definitely return!

Very nice distance from the beach, felt clean and cozy, great host made sure everything was good and up to standards, everything was as it was listed and it was a nice space, would 100% visit again.

We had a great stay at Cody’s place. It was a short walk away from the Asbury train station. The apartment comfortably fit 3 people and was very neat/clean. It was also a short walk to town and the beach (passes included). Did not need a car to get everywhere/do everything given good location. Cody’s instructions and communication were super clear, making it a seamless experience. Would definitely go back again.
