Monthly Rentals in Asbury Park Beach

Chris was accommodating from the very start of our booking; quick to accept our booking and respond to our requests. I came to Asbury for a quick weekend vacation, along with my husband, daughter, her bff, and our dog. We were super comfortable in the condo. Nice big kitchen, and comfy living room where we ordered in after a long day at the beach! The girls did NOT want to leave! The condo is located just a few blocks away from the beach and boardwalk - right near the food trucks and the dog beach. The condo has all of the essentials, super clean, great fluffy and fresh towels - We couldn't have asked for more :). Thank you Chris and Andy for sharing your condo with us. We loved it and would love to book again with you on our next visit!

We had a great experience. Loved the house. Beautifully decorated & each bedroom was very comfortable. Easy walking to the beach & nearby restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Josh was an exceptional host. We would definitely rent again. Thank you for being such a great host! 😎

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Perfect accommodations for two people in a great location, quiet block, easy 10 minute walk to restaurants and beach. Street parking and driveway available. Having beach passes and access to the beach locker for chairs was much appreciated! Ultan was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We look forward to coming back next summer! :)

Brett’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway! Cozy, peaceful, and private. We’d love to stay here again. He also provided great local restaurant recommendations - we went to Taka, Homesick, and Toast which were all fantastic.
