Monthly Rentals in Artà

We used the house for a short break as a family with small children. The location was perfect, even as a starting point for exploring the surroundings. Even parking the rental car behind the house was easy. Pedro was a great host who quickly and competently supported us with all questions in advance and during the stay. We will be happy to come back! A house renovation is currently taking place in the neighborhood. Although we had no impairments for our short trip, it is recommended to inquire about possible disabilities due to construction noise (as of summer 2025) for a longer stay.

Very nice and professional landlord – always friendly, fast and helpful. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped, you can tell that the owner also takes a vacation here: from candles to Prime TV, beautiful dishes to the raclette machine, everything is there. I've never experienced anything like this on my travels! The tasteful furnishings with many loving details more than make up for the missing view. The location in the middle of Artà is good - restaurants and the market are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and pleasantly cool, even in the summer heat. Everything was very clean. The only limitation: since we are very sensitive to noise, we had to keep the bedroom window closed, which goes directly out to the small alley, where cars and scooters rarely drive or passers-by walk, but they are then only 2 m from the bed. The mattress of the very large bed is rather hard and seems new, the bathroom was brand new and very modern.

Nice house in a cozy city! Incredibly nice communication that was thoughtful and caring. They responded quickly and very friendly. The house is super nice, a little darker than the feeling in the pictures but otherwise very good. The city is cozy with very good restaurants right around the corner. It's also close to several beaches.

The house is very nice, perfectly matching the description. Super comfortable beds, manicured spaces, and even toys that my little girl loved! Even though he wasn't in town, Andre was super responsive and available to give us advice. Finally, he was super honest, he spontaneously reimbursed us 10% for building work in the apartment next door, for the inconvenience. Highly recommend we would be very happy to come back. Thank you!
