Monthly Rentals in Arquata del Tronto

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

We were very happy with our stay at Nadia’s place. She and her parents are wonderful and friendly hosts with lots of helpful advice. The place is very clean and has a nice outdoor seating area. The breakfast with homemade and local products is a nice extra.

The apartment is small but comfortable and very cozy. We slept well, far from the city's heat. It has a beautiful terrace with a view that is equipped with a table and a comfortable sofa. What increased the value of our stay was the pet therapy included in the price with the joyful presence of Pepe the dog.
